What can I say?! The meats live up to the name, tender, succulent, and tasty! The minced barbecue and pork ribs are yummy! I'm looking forward to the Friday specials!

I’ve been going to Tender Rib since their location near Iverson & followed them to their Livingston Rd location . I was extremely saddened when they closed but THEN THEY CAME BACK WITH A FOOD TRUCK ! I love yall lol Best DMV soul food in my opinion & it’s ONLY right to get the ribs . Everything on their menu is a 10 . I’m

Y'all need to stop. I don't often eat from food trucks and yet something told me to give this one a try. So glad I did! First, I don't know how y'all count 4, but there were more than that many in my rib dinner. Thank you. The mac 'n cheese was creamy and a little tangy. The collards were well seasoned and not cooked to within an inch of recognition. I am not ashamed that I was trying to eat and shift (drive) at the same time on the way home. If I'm ever in that part of the county again, you can believe I will be pulling into your lot. Blessings to the whole crew

Y’all have the dumbest hours of operation

I love this place!!! I get sad when they're closed.... so i went to get my rib tip dinner with Mac and cheese and yams....i have no clue who made the sides today, but this isn't what I'm used to from them.... they're better than this!!! This is not Mac and cheese. It's dry, with scrambled egg and cheese..... it's very disappointing. So rib tips and yams for dinner it is...

Tender Rib catered the repass for my father and it was great. I ordered the ribs and fish along with yams, macaroni and cheese and collard greens. Everything was so good and plentiful. Everyone kept asking who cooked the food. Will use them for all my catering

Ordered two beef rib platters from here and was HIGHLY disappointed. The ribs had barely any meat on them. Upon opening the container, all I saw were bare bones, literally. Both platters! It was almost as if they had already been eaten. There was only gristle on the side of the bones. I can’t even believe someone would not only package them up in that condition, but sell them. There’s no way the cook saw the condition of these beef ribs and thought they could be eaten. Four big bones with patches of gristle on the side. I’ve never seen anything like this.

Seems like they count on customers to assume that just because their bag is heavy, that the platter is loaded down with meat (because no way the sides that heavy). So walked out thinking we got some nice beef ribs. NOPE.

I Called to let let them know and was instructed to bring them back. Told the lady that we trashed them and she stated she would let the owner know, and took down my contact info.

Hopefully they make this right cause this can’t be legal.

UPDATE: Spoke with the owner, who was very kind, and he offered two platters and desserts for the inconvenience. I’m definitely going to take him up on that and appreciate him calling to fix the issue!!!!

They came to Miami,fl for Jazz in the Gardens. Food was hot, fresh and well seasoned. Lemonade wasn't that good though...
