I wish there had been better communication before I made a long drive to this place. I called ahead and was told one thing, only to arrive and be told there were no ribs. When I mentioned that I had just called, the young lady at the counter shrugged it off and said, “It is what it is” — completely unprofessional. I was looking forward to supporting this business, but the lack of courtesy and accountability really ruined it for me.

This will be my go to spot for bbq from now on. Ordered the ribs, chicken, shrimp, crab cakes, and all of the sides. Everything was delicious, well seasoned, and juicy. And the service was friendly with great music for the atmosphere. 10/10 experience.

I’ve been going to Tender Rib since their location near Iverson & followed them to their Livingston Rd location . I was extremely saddened when they closed but THEN THEY CAME BACK WITH A FOOD TRUCK ! I love yall lol Best DMV soul food in my opinion & it’s ONLY right to get the ribs . Everything on their menu is a 10 . I’m

Y'all need to stop. I don't often eat from food trucks and yet something told me to give this one a try. So glad I did! First, I don't know how y'all count 4, but there were more than that many in my rib dinner. Thank you. The mac 'n cheese was creamy and a little tangy. The collards were well seasoned and not cooked to within an inch of recognition. I am not ashamed that I was trying to eat and shift (drive) at the same time on the way home. If I'm ever in that part of the county again, you can believe I will be pulling into your lot. Blessings to the whole crew
