Fish Sandwich dry and overcooked and stale bread same goes for the roast beef and that bread. Fries mushy. Used to be a great place to get food , but every other order has issues. Sad. Oh and the app didn't work again. Had to go inside to pick up the order. Defeats the purpose of using

Horrible customer service the merchant's doors were locked. I was told to go wait in my car until the manager opened the door so I tried to go through the drive through instead and I was told I had to go inside. I don't have to do anything. And I don't appreciate the attitude.

Awesome food and service! The prep time was really fast and the chicken was super juicy. The place was cleaner than I expected too, super nice environment. Especially the bathroom; if it's that clean in there, I can only expect the kitchen is the same way (hopefully). There were a few areas that could use a good scrub or two like the trash cans and soda area. The floors have been swept and the staff was actively taking out the trash.Kid-friendliness: The toys in the meals are super fun.
