Love this place and the people who own & run it. It's my go-to for a breakfast or lunch sandwich (the veggie). My business, Cowork Frederick, also gets food from them on a regular basis. Small or large orders (call ahead for large) - they always provide fresh, tasty food and friendly service. I also love that they use compostable cups.

Absolutely awesome bagels, I’m from southern PA and we don’t have bagels like these, grab some whenever I can. I’ve had other food here before, but the bagels are the star. Even when I get there late and only get the less popular ones they are delicious and I appreciate all the unusual ones!!!

Easily one of Downtown Frederick's best breakfast and lunch spots. The bagels are the best in the county, seriously. Every time I go, the food is impeccable, so I keep coming back! The cinnamon raisin cream cheese is my personal favorite.The food isn't the only thing top notch, though. The coffees at Beans & Bagels are inexpensive and DIVINE. Try Kurt's special or even go for something as simple as the caramel latte. You won't be disappointed

The place has a charming, albeit slightly dated, feel and could benefit from some upgrades, particularly in the furniture department.Our order included 3 cheese grill toasts, a turkey sandwich, and a veggie sandwich. The food overall was tasty and satisfying. However, the grilled cheese was slightly overdone, leading to a bit of a burnt taste. Despite this minor issue with one of the dishes, the overall experience was pleasant, warranting a solid four-star rating. Listen, I've had about 10,000 cups of coffee in my lifetime (I did the math) and this was THE best cup I've ever had! And I mean better than DD, Starbucks or that which you brew at home...) The bagels are fresh, so are the muffins. Ok... so it doesn't have a fancy-schmancy over the top artsy-fartsy vibe to it, but you won't be disappointed! If you are looking for a QUALITY cup of Java THIS IS THE PLACE to get it. I can’t wait to go back!
