Decent food, though multiple dishes on the menu struck out. Flies in the dining room are an annoyance.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the complexity of both the food flavors and the floral decorations as we sipped on Asian beer and practiced our chopsticking! Seriously, such a beautiful interior right here in Downtown Frederick. We’re coming back next date-night!

Bloom is definitely a 5 star all around restaurant! It is gorgeous, the staff is so friendly, and the food is so flavorful and authentic! I highly recommend checking it out for yourself!

New restaurant in Frederick with a lot of potential. Food was fantastic and cocktail menu was a pleasant suprise. Service was lacking. Food for two came out 15 minutes apart and we did not order additional drinks as no one checked on us. Overall cool place but could work on service. Hoping this was an oddity due to lack of staff.

My husband and I went to Bloom for dinner Saturday night 6:30. We walked in and right away the staff at the front said( oh we don’t have any tables for you, there is a large party coming) the staff didn’t offer for us to wait 5 min, 20min, 1hr. It was rude right off the bat! No tables for you! We noticed there was a large table setting, for that large party., but also several tables were finishing up. We asked if we could sit at the bar? They said yes, so we did. The service was slow as it seemed they were short stafffed. My vegetarian dish ( the only one in the menu) was just ok, with the rice very hard as if it had been under a hot lamp for a while. My husband ordered some kind of chicken dish he complained that it wasn’t fresh, it seemed to have been heated up, chicken was cold in the center, rice also hard. They have a WiFi for guests, I asked for the password one waiter said he didn’t know the password while I witnessed him using his cellphone. Another waiter said the WiFi wasn’t working, while I witnessed several security cameras around, one which is right in your face as you sit at the bar. I was trying to send some important emails out.
The place is very nicely decorated, some may say it’s too busy with all of those flowers.
We will NOT be going back!

I came here with 3 of my friends from out of town on a Monday evening. The service was really amazing, all of the staff we interacted with were all very sweet and attentive to us. The dishes were creative, flavorful, and filling. The entrees are quite large and the bow buns are delicious. This is a pricier place, but it was worth it for the high quality ingredients and service that we got. The ambiance was lovely in here too, the decorations were awesome to look at.

The salmon ceviche was very good, a creative take with the type of garnish they had for the raw salmon. We also got the massaman dumplings and that one really stood out to us. It was really flavorful and we almost ordered a second of the same plate. We had the pork and chicken bao buns, very delicious. For my entree I got the soft shell crab panang with the rice. The curry was sweet and went well with the steamed veges and rice. I would really recommend that. My partner got the ribeye steak with lo mein. The steak was very flavorful and went really well with the lo mein. That was a solid dish as well.

Overall I would definitely recommend this place for high quality pan-asian cuisine.

Good food presentation, but flavor was ok. There was a strand of hair in my noodles. Ribeye steak was hard to chew.

Food was decent, but I expected more for the price point and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. I found a hair in my entree but our server was very accommodating and took it off our bill. Overall our experience was a bit disappointing because the space is beautifully decorated but the food was not much different than your local Chinese takeout in my perspective. Service was great, however.

I stopped by to this restaurant because I want to try it, and I decided to get spring rolls and it was good. So I decided to buy some steak with white rice it was okay but I was disappointed because I spent almost $30 then it was a lady but I don’t know her name, I asked if I could get a drink and she ended charging me $3.50 for a little cup of ginger ale when I was expecting when I was waiting for my food and offered a cup of water. They need more customer service improvement. I might come back but they need to work on that.

We had a fantastic experience at Bloom. The interior is beautiful, the staff were super friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. We each got a pot of tea, shared a few of the dumplings, and shared the sweet and sour chicken. Definitely a new favorite!

I wish I had asked for sauce on the side, everything was drenched (but delicious). Would go again for sure. Servers were perfectly attentive, chill vibe.

Bloom was a very pleasant surprise to us! The interior is colorful and whimsy. The menu explores many parts of Asia. The Massaman Curry dumplings were light on the meat but made it up with the flavorful sauce. The spring rolls were as they should be; crispy! The Crying Tiger was the favorite though. It was cooked perfectly and came with an umami sauce. Highly recommend!
