Worst tasteless chicken I have ever tasted zero spices or condiments went out with friends ordered their chicken bucket and tenders tasted it and was instantly ready to walk out tried their rice as well and I don't know what it was but it was not rice smelled bad and tasted horrible save your money go anywhere else also from reading a few of the post the owner is more busy trying to discredit the reviews then trying to fix the problem my suggestion is stop trying to excuse your food and actually start using condiments and flavoring your food we pay for good food not food that taste blend and smell like dish water it's sad I spent all this money just to take it homes for my dogs to eat the tasteless chicken worst spot in frederick for good food you are better buying KFC Popeyes or just about any other fried chickenEdit. These reviews have to be fake, worst food I’ve ever paid for. Went with a few friends and we ended up throwing away our food and going somewhere else.*edit*Glad the only thing taken by the owner was that we left with the food. (Took it home and gave some to the dog, threw the rest away) ?

I recently had a negative experience with the customer service provided by your establishment. Specifically, I was disappointed with the behavior of the individual(The Lady) at the front desk. I had ordered a chocolate cake from the menu, but the cake I received looked significantly different from the picture in the menu. On further inspection, I found out that the cake provided was a cheaper and one could purchase whole cake from Walmart for the same price.While I understand that these discrepancies can happen, I was hoping the staff would be more accommodating when I brought the issue to their attention.However, the individual(The Lady) I spoke with did not display the level of professionalism or courtesy that I expect from a customer service representative. She was dismissive of my concerns and even suggested that other customers had not had any issues with the cake.I would like to bring this matter to your attention so that you are aware of the situation and can take any appropriate steps to ensure that customers receive the level of service they deserve. Thank you for your time and attention.It's a loss to the management if you encourage representatives like these at the front desk.

My newest Frederick obsession! If you're into tandoori flavors I'm telling you don't sleep on this spot! Affordable prices and delicious foods!Kid-friendliness: Very inviting to children! Gave my kids lollipops and coloring sheets while we waited.
We had the food delivered right around the time they had newly opened. The food was so awful. The chicken felt like boiled and fried with no seasonings at all. I went there with such high hopes especially with seeing wonderful chicking products in Asian countries, but this place is a disgrace. Avoid at all cost.Update: thankyou for the response from the store owner. I'd be more than happy to share my receipt from door dash for food delivered to me on 07/25/2023.

I love this place. It's my go-to spot for fried chicken in Frederick. The spicy is just the right spice level and fried wild wings are an excellent breaded chicken wing with the same spices. I also feel like the price is very fair. The chicken is very well seasoned. Try it out y'all.
