Chipotle Mexican Grill

It’s unfortunate that the Chipotle closest to my house is quite possibly the worst Chipotle in the country. Constant errors in orders. Ingredients are always out. Employees have terrible attitudes. I will be driving to the other side of town from now on.

I used to like this location, but I doubt I’ll return. I ordered a pickup bowl 20 minutes in advance. After picking up, I drove 8 minutes to home and sat down to eat as soon as I got home. The entire bowl was ice cold all the way through, as if it had come directly from a refrigerator. I was shocked! There was a similar incident some time ago for which I went to the manager after which I was thanked and was assured it would be corrected. I realize this isn’t like a $90 steak dinner in a fine restaurant, but Chipotle advertising is all about their quality and this not passing muster. If they can’t manage the absolute basics, they are surrounded by many restaurants I can patronize instead.

Typical Chipotle. Tiny portion of protein and the staff are constantly contending with the delivery drivers overwhelming the register.

The restaurant was busy, but all was in order, the staff was polite. The food came out quickly. The servings were huge and the food was delicious 😋

Both times ive gone here i’ve ordered online in advance. And BOTH times i have had to wait at least 15 minutes past the designated pickup time to receive my order. They are not busy or understaffed, they simply just have no sense of urgency and no sense of care for the customers waiting. When they finish an online order, they will leave it sitting in an area you cant access and neglect to tell you that the order is finished. Not only are they extremely slow, they hardly put anything in the bowls made online. AND after my 20 minute wait, they didn’t even give me my guac which i paid extra for. Save yourself time and stress and order at another one of the many chipotle locations in frederick. HORRIBLE customer service HORRIBLE time management.

Always good food but I recently was waited on by someone who could not speak English at all. Do better, Chipotle! It was as uncomfortable for her as it was for me, maybe more.

I delivered chipotle after getting off a 12 hour shift to get no chips with guacamole no beans corn lettuce or sour cream…. Very disappointed and what I ate made me sick to my stomach!!! I went to sleep hungry and had a bad stomach ache. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I called the restaurant and nobody speaks English…. Waited for 12 mins just for the manager to hang up on me after saying hello 2 times after I waited for her to get on the phone very disgraceful.

I spent 22 dollars to not get what I ordered

My mobile order was sitting behind the counter. The cashier said it wasn’t mine. 15 minutes later, I asked if my order is being prepared, and she turns around and hands it to me… also, why was it not on the mobile order shelf?
