Went in a while ago. While waiting in the line, every time a customer asked for cheese they said they were all out. When the police officer in line asked for cheese, he was first met with a "none" from the employee, then they exchanged some words, and the employee went to the back and came out holding the cheese in his hands and dumped it into the officer's bowl. After this, when I asked if there was any cheese I was met with a "no." Very bad service, special treatment. These people will lie to your face.

Utensils and straws are never stocked. Floor and tables are a mess.

The experience is never consistent. The portions are inconsistent. Some days I get a bowl that's very full and others the bowl is very light. Overall you win some you lose some but the service is quick and most times the chips aren't stale. Don't set your expectations high and you will leave happy.

Worse chipotle ever just go somewhere else in years of coming here my food has never been ready ONCE at the expected time I always come 15 minutes after because then maybe they just started working on it

Customer service and food are a NO for me, food has caused my family and I food poisoning and when picking up orders they act as if it’s an inconvenience for them! Plus the Manager could care less about how poorly this establishment is ran!

This location is absolutely awful. Skimp on protein, add way too much cheese even after asking for a small amount, staff could care less, tables always covered in food, trash overflowing, don’t even think about ordering ahead or having it delivered because the order will be wrong or something forgotten. I’ve reached out to customer support because this location has always been crap. Not sure why this location is so bad.

Never has my DoorDash order ready when I get there and always marks it as ready even though it's not.

One of the worst chiptoles there is. Service is slow and quality is lacking.

If you don’t want giant pieces of chicken cartilage in your food do not order from this location. My friend and I both had multiple pieces of chicken cartilage in our burrito bowls which is absolutely repulsive. One piece I can understand ever once in a while, but multiple pieces is unacceptable… they also had no forks or napkins available. When another customer came to the front to ask for the forks to be refilled, the guy at the front handed a handful of forks to the customer to refill himself— instead of an employee refilling the forks with gloves 🤢.

Always slow. Always understaffed. Nothing ever tastes right. Portions are never consistent. Everything is always a mess. Trash over flowing. Don’t waste your time or money.
