Went there at Frederick branch on my llunch break and bought stale Spanish bread, pan de coco and hopia. Prices are too exaggerated for the quality and taste.

Based on the reviews, Gwenie's Pastries is an amazing and clean little place in Frederick. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. It is a favorite bakery known for its authentic Filipino sweets and treats, owned and run by a Filipino woman with authentic ingredients. The coffee and all drinks are to die for, with a standout ube latte and hand-whisked matcha. The pastries and bread are out of this world, including light and delicious donuts, a perfect Puto Kutsinta, and a Smoked Salmon Pandesal with everything bagel seasoning that is a must-try. The ube flan is an absolute delight, and the ube crinkles are very good. Breakfast sandwiches are served on great fresh made bread, and the sandwiches are huge and generous with their fillings. Every bite and sip is magical. Some items are on the pricier side but worth it. The only downside is very limited hours throughout the week.
