Great Pizza and atmosphere. I have been eating at Coal Fire since they opened and i have to say that eating in vs dining out is so much better. I love their happy hour pizzas (half prized 12 inch yummy). Services is top notch as the ladies at the bar are amazing and the kitchen does an amazing job of preparing the pizzas. Special thanks to Addy for her over the top costumer service at the bar area, great job in making my son and I feel welcomed.

We stopped in for a drink tonight and appetizers at the bar and ordered our entrees to go. I asked our bartender, Ms. Sydney S. for the creole pasta with no chicken just sausage and add shrimp. I got home and opened my pasta and it only contained chicken and sausage. We got up charged for the shrimp, which I never received. Don’t recommend. Terrible customer service and I deserve a refund.

First experience was great! My second experience was terrible! I called ahead to make sure we can dine in before they closed and arrived at 8:30pm. Once we arrived the waitress was annoyed and even though we mentioned we wanted to dine in she treated our order as a to go order. Clearly she did not want to serve us but she agreed we could eat outside. We made a quick order and payed immediately and as we got our food we asked for plates which her response was that they had napkins. Her attitude and demeanor towards us conveyed a lack of professionalism and made us feel unwelcome and rushed. The pizza was delicious! Service needs to improve, next time let customers know that you don’t want to serve after 8:30pm instead of giving them a poor dining experience. (Servers name: Mysti)

My absolute FAVORITE pizza place! Best pizza I've ever had!
Vegetarian options: Plenty of different pizzas to order from if you were vegetarian and many different sides and advertisers.
Kid-friendliness: Yes! Great for a nice family night to have pizza.
There is no other pizza as good as Coal Fire and their signature sauce. It’s one of those place that you don’t know how much you love it until you can’t have it!! Had carry out a few weeks ago when I was in town for an event. Forgot just how good it is!!! Always great service. Great pizza and affordable. I truly miss Coal Fire and I’ve yet to find a pizza place in Nashville that compares to this!! Will visit every time I’m in town. Wish I’d taken a pic but we devoured it too fast!!!

We had the worst waitress, to the point that I had to get utensils myself after she brought us the appetizers. Later on, again I had to get up to get a plate for my sister. The manager witnessed me getting the plate and stood there like nothing happened. My wife ordered a margarita and it was extremely sour and bitter.

It was an ok place to go. Service was kind of slow for only half a dining room of customers. The food was ok. Not the greatest I’ve had. But not the worst. The pizza was the only thing i was happy about other than the grease. Mozzarella sticks were very greasy. .
