After a bit of a maze to find the restaurant, we went inside to place our order to go instead of using the drive thru lane. Each of us got a Limited Time Blizzard Treat. My wife and I each got a Smores, and our son got a Dipped Strawberry Cheesecake. All of them were $5.49 each. Since we got them to go, we asked and received lids so they wouldn't melt until we got home. The S'more treats were summer magic in a cup. Both of these flavors are no longer available even though...

The drive thru line was ridiculous so I opted to go in. Service was quick and efficient.Roy, per my receipt (he has tats), was extremely polite and quick. I took notice of how he handled a mother there with her children. He was so friendly. He definitely an asset for you. I'd recruit him for my customer service desk if I wasn't so far away. :-)

Love me some DQ but tonight a mistake was made with our order. We made the staff member aware to which she let out a rude sigh and “ok” and walked away and corrected it, offering no apology. She came back and slammed the product down in frustration on the counter.
