The drive thru line was ridiculous so I opted to go in. Service was quick and efficient.Roy, per my receipt (he has tats), was extremely polite and quick. I took notice of how he handled a mother there with her children. He was so friendly. He definitely an asset for you. I'd recruit him for my customer service desk if I wasn't so far away. :-)

Love me some DQ but tonight a mistake was made with our order. We made the staff member aware to which she let out a rude sigh and “ok” and walked away and corrected it, offering no apology. She came back and slammed the product down in frustration on the counter.

Always awesome, just with they had more dairy free ( I know, I know) options. My kiddo is lactose intolerant. We go though because this place holds a special meaning for her as my mother who has passed away would take her here.
