I got a dozen donuts in the morning. 5 stars pretty much for how the donuts tasted! Customer service, who cares?

Fractured Prune is a donut shop with a vast selection of freshly-made donuts, including flavors like Apple, Cookies and Cream, Dulce de Leche, Cherry Pie, OC Sand, and Creamsicle. The donuts are small and extremely hot and fresh as they are made when you order them. All the flavors are sweet but not aggressively overpowering, making them craveable. Customers praise the donuts for their perfect balance of sweetness and warmth. The atmosphere needs work, not the most well kept location. The workers were polite but more attentive to personal conversation than customer service. Despite the atmosphere and service, the donuts are 100% worth it.
