Gladchuk Bros Restaurant

Going to Gladchuk Bros. for a meal is always something to savor! We make reservations a couple of weeks ahead, and then I look forward to a very special treat day! I love the atmosphere - a small restaurant with lovely decor and festively decorated at Christmas! There's a cozy fire near the entry and an always unique, creative, detailed, and amazing gingerbread house in the window made by their own chef each Christmas! The food choices are varied and always delicious! The greeters and servers are welcoming, kind, and attentive. This restaurant is such a gem!

Had lunch at Gladchuck Bros. with a small group of friends. We went specifically on Thursday because they only have their homemade eclairs.

Their summer salad with shrimp is to die for! Every piece of shrimp was seasoned well and cooked to perfection! Every piece of fruit was perfectly ripe!

A friend shared her perogies and her fried oysters, which were both exceptional (sorry I didn't get a picture of those two items).

But, oooohhh the eclairs!!! Words can't even capture the heaven that I experienced when I bit into it the first bite!

Its definitely going to be a place I will return to often!

Wonderful experience!
We ordered Haddock stuffed with crab and Shrimp pasta, both of which were delicious. Shrimps were crunchy. Haddock was simply delightful.

I started with their loaded potato skins and a wedge salad, and both were spot-on. The skins were crispy and cheesy with smoky bacon, and the salad was fresh and crisp with a creamy, tangy dressing. For the main course, I had the BBQ bacon cheeseburger with sweet potato fries — absolutely phenomenal. Juicy patty, thick-cut bacon, melty cheddar, and a house-made BBQ sauce that added the perfect kick.

My friend went for the chicken-fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy, and it was the ultimate comfort dish — golden, crispy, and smothered in rich, peppery goodness. Portions were generous, but everything was well-balanced and cooked to perfection.

The vibe was welcoming and warm — classic Americana décor with modern touches, upbeat music, and friendly, attentive service that made us feel right at home.
