An excellent espresso at this friendly little café . Next time there, breakfast — everything looked and smelled delicious.

Street parking has its ups and down as it does anywhere else in downtown. My wife and I got coffee and breakfast. The presentation was nice and we enjoyed our food.

Coffee is great, atmosphere is ok, food is below average, and the staff is not very friendly. Water station water is warm in plastic cups. There are better places to spend your money.

Very cute local place. The bagel with avocado, goat cheese and tomato was delicious. As was their seasonal Apple Streusel Latte. Friendly service, nice jazz in the background. Great spot to take a break and read my book. I would go back!

We just went through and stoped for breakfast. What a great find. Delicious sandwiches and waffles for the kids, great coffee and great service. Especially the german “Leberkaes” was outstanding - we had to order a second serving.

This is hands down my favorite cafe in Frederick. Order the quiche. You won't be disappointed.

This was my son and my first time here. We asked the middle-aged man about the parking in the back after we walked inside and we thought his attitude and comments were kind of rude. We didn't know it was private property. My son went immediately and moved my car to the street parking instead.
It's my son's birthday today so he picked this place. He drove up from Germantown to come here.
He had the Cold Banana Rum drink. It was good and strong which we both liked ! I had the Hot Pumpkin Latte and it was pretty with the design on top, but was VERY weak and NOT flavorful at all. It wasn't worth the money !
Our food, the Oink Sandwich and the Quiche Lorraine, was good. I had also ordered an Almond Croissant but it wasn't delivered to our table with everything else. When we were leaving we stopped at the counter area to get it, and the middle-aged man and the younger man didn't immediately believe me when I said that I had already paid for it. I WASN'T HAPPY about that at all. They don't give paper receipts so I had the bill texted to me. The lady that took our order wasn't at the counter then. They did finally give me the Croissant.
My son and I weren't really pleased with our experience to say-the-least 😞 !!!

It had been a few years since I was here. The ownership has since changed. The food is light fare, don’t go for a big sandwich or burger. That said, the food is good and fresh. They do offer gluten free bread as an option. They also know and care about their coffee. This is definitely one of Frederick’s hidden gems.
