Perfect place to calm down and become present for a whole lunch break, comforted to be around nice people, civilized, Everything is wonderful but I’m partial to the Waffle and Mum Oolong - convinced it has healing properties! It can get a little harried at the counter when busy but the family running the place is as adorable as the atmosphere. Without being cloying!

This place was perfect for a refreshing Jazmine tea boost and a quick nibble with my mom. Indoor and outdoor seating. Restroom was wheelchair (my mom's wheelie walker) accessible. Very nice staff. They were our of what we wanted (about to close) but gave us a great alternate recommendation.
