Ichido Ramen H-Mart Food Court

I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen w/ extra noodles and shrimp shumai as a side dish. The Tonkotsu Ramen was surprisingly very good~easily the best ramen in Frederick and perhaps one of the top spots in the DMV for ramen (this is coming from me a ramen snob who lived in Japan for many years). The shumai however was quite small in portion and may be over priced for what you get. But the ramen was excellent 👌

Not quite sure this place have three star review. It is definitely not.
I’ve been to Akira, tsunami, and this place food quality is equally as good.
Price is competitive and you don’t have to pay for a tip if you don’t want to.
This place is my to go when I’m craving for noodles

went up to ask for a chopstick very politely and the owner looked at me with disgust and said no literally makes not wanna ever come near that business and the grumpy greedy owner

pork bun tasted like just mayo and bbq sauce. and the bun fell apart. ramen was not edible. go to tsunami downtown instead.

It's a part of the food court of Hmart. The katsudon was pretty nice. The size of Katsu (fried pork) is big enough, and it was very hot when I received the food.

I ordered spicy tonkotsu ramen. It was delicious! It's very spicy, a little on the oily side, but overall very delicious and filling. The noodles are bouncy, the pork was very nicely grilled, and it was a good ratio of noodles/toppings to broth. I don't know what's with the reviews though, it's a great ramen spot.
The only reason I'd mark this place down a star is the fact that there are only two spots to pay, and it's for all of the restaurants in the food court, so it can get really packed quick.

The skinny Asian guy at the front was extremely rude and had racist vibes. This spot will never earn my business…The funny part is, I’m half Asian.

Absolute worst tonkatsu ramen I have ever had! There is nothing I can say good about this feed. I couldn't finish it what a waste of money. I will not return
