Two couples ate here on a Wednesday mid-afternoon in late October and enjoyed our meals. Two of us chose the Chicken Parmigiana and the other two chose the Chicken Piccata. Both dishes were excellent with enough left over for another meal at home. Of course, YMMV depending on how hungry you are, etc. Service was absolutely excellent. Cost for our parmigiana and piccata with two ice teas was $54 with tax less tip. We will definitely return again. Parking on the street was no issue...
Ill Porto never disappoints me. The food is always fresh and well-prepared and the service is friendly and attentive. My favorite dish is the FRESH clams and linguine in their signature marinara sauce. Best white pizza I've ever had....with or without cheese. Portions are generous and the prices are moderate. This is the best Italian food in Frederick.

Had an incredible meal here tonight! My husband had veal Marsala that was fantastic! I had one of the specials that was lobster and shrimp over linguine with a creamy/lobster/sherry based sauce. It was insanely delicious. We each had a dessert - a cannoli that was perfect and tasty tiramisu. The staff is wonderful and they are all taking care of you. Il Porto is fantastic and so adorable! I felt like I was on vacation.
