Been a customer here for 40 years. The prices have become unreasonable for the quality of food received. Spaghetti was tepid, marinara sauce horrid, fish & chips cod smaller & fried too much, my eggplant lasagna had eggplant skin so tough it couldn’t be chewed. I have been to this diner many times in the past. I took my husband and son here last night while in the area. The prices have tripled. The egg salad sandwich I ordered was rancid. My son and husband agreed. Won't be going out of our way again.
The staff was friendly, yet unattentive. my salad had the wrong dressing. my steak and onion rings were warm, not hot. my medium steak, was not only cooked through, but was dry, like an overcooked piece of roast beef. I found a solid onion ring that when I cut into it, dried flour and bread crumbs Spilled Out on my plate. this place must survive on regulars, and people who eat just breakfast. I do not recommend them for dinner.
