Awesome place!! We were tent camping at Cunningham Falls and decided to do a few excursions nearby. Went to Catoctin wildlife preserve and had a blast and then we finished it off at this most amazing fun, cozy comfortable brewery that had delicious IPAs! Bartender Sarah was as sweet and welcoming as can be even though we went in there looking completely rough from camping! Lol and I’m sure we didn’t smell so great either lol Great place and we will definitely go back again!!

Great beer but had to take away a star because I cant stand the high pitch sound (probably coming from the huge ceiling fan). Other than that I like this brewery and location.

Went in to get a few beers for myself and a colleague. It's always tough shopping for others, especially men with different tastes than I have. ERIK helped me tremendously by explaining the different options and giving me a few samples to help me decide. Best customer service one could ask for, one of the best two interactions I have had with a bartender. Erik loves his job and it shows through in his fantastic service to customers, including patience with someone who is taking quite a bit of time to decide. Kindness comes back around, thanks OMB Staff! This establishment is clearly well-managed. 5 stars!

Great little downtown brewpub. No frills, order at the bar, a local restaurant out back handles the food, but I really appreciated the selection and the overall quality of the beers. The altbier was great, and the sour was very well balanced. Good old fashioned West coast IPA did the job too. Prices were good, Tuesday has 1$ off pints. Friendly staff and customers at the bar. Definitely the kind of place I would hang out in.

Honestly some of the best beer I’ve had in Frederick. El Matador Mexican lager was absolutely delightful, and the Yas Queen hard seltzer was sublime. And it means a hell of a lot to know that OMBC is a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
