Surely I must be getting pranked. I ordered from the website a half Hawaiian, half Pepperoni Pizza for delivery. Only to receive a pizza that literally had all the toppings (6 pepperonis, 7 pieces of pineapple and a handful of ham) all on 2 slices.
I tried to call the store and they wouldn’t even answer the phones!!
Never ever order delivery from this Papa John’s location. Waited almost 2 hours before canceling tonight’s order. They’re estimated delivery times must be at least doubled, and if you call to check you always get the same “we got a lot of orders at the same time and are running behind.” When their tracking app finally indicates that you order is “on the way,” the time to delivery, e.g., 8 minutes, doesn’t change for 10 minutes or more. Absolutely horrible encounter with the Buckeystown Pike location in Frederick, Maryland. I placed an order and was called soon after by “John.” As soon as I answered the phone, the first thing out of his mouth was, “Are you coming to get your pizza or not?” I said excuse me and he repeated, “Are you coming to get your pizza or not?“ I said who is this and he said “John.” I said yes we are on our way and he responded, “Well can you hurry, we’re trying to leave.“...read full review
