Clandestino has grown up, literally. What began as a small operation in Frederick has moved into a larger space, and the expansion suits them well. This is Puerto Rican pitorro, also known as ron cañita, made with care and intention rather than gimmickry. Many local liquor stores now carry the brand, and it is well worth picking up a bottle, but visiting the distillery is an experience in itself.

Have only been in briefly to buy some bottles. I have enjoyed everything I have tried so far and I don’t even like typical rum. Neat small location next to airport. There was a pizza oven food truck pulling up when we were leaving. Seems like they do not serve food but have food trucks stop by.

Great place to bring Family members (over 21) when they come to Visit you in Maryland and friend to get them experience our pitorro...Every employee and Owners always greet and treat you like family. Come by and experience this amazing place.
