The small cup they use is considered a kids cup at all other Rita’s. Do not purchase a small from here. You will be over charged for a little kids cup. Attached you can see the middle cup is actually the small at all other Rita locations. That is wrong that you choose to get over on people in the local community

Sign says $4.29 for small Italian ice. Got charged 4.99 plus tax for a total of $5.29. I tell the guy the sign says $4.29. He says the rest is tax. I point to his output screen which clearly says $4.99 + 30 cents tax and either sign which says $4.29. Response - it's not him it's the computer. 🙄🙄🙄🙄

Recently, the menu has increased with new flavor options. Not quite as many as 31 :-) but still a decent amount. This is not gelato FYI.

Decent location. However, it seems as though there’s probably only one employee working at a time.

Sorry folks for this poor review on what might be a local/regional favorite.Rita’s is overrated, overpriced and barely better than any $2 fast food ice cream. Nothing Italian about it except the price.Plus this location had little seating (4 seats).Sorry, would recommend trying out one of the other ice cream places around.

We went there yesterday after our swim meet at VOU and arrived at 1158 and decided to stay around because it said it was opening at 12pm. Well we waited and waited and finally a gentleman arrived well after it was supposed to open. He explained the soft serve wouldn’t be ready for another 5 min because he just turned them. They didn’t have all the flavors of Italian ice out yet or didn’t have any made. It was slim pickings at opening which I would expect that at closing. The gentleman was very nice but if your supposed to open at 12pm, you shouldn’t be arriving at 1205/1210 and only have a few flavors of Italian ice on hand.

Brought my daughter here after a troop meeting and it was delicious with great customer service! We will definitely be back!

Very near home, s e vice was great and section good. The parking was hard to find. Only four seats, no place to set outside and it looks like you have to walk around the building to go in the street door.

The Rita's experience you've come to expect. Everyone was very friendly and they had lots of flavor options.
