So we generally go to Rangoli's in the Anne Arundel preserve, but we won't have to make that hike anymore after finding this great Indian cuisine nestled downtown Frederick, in walking distance to most everything. From our tag team of waiters Sahib and Melissa, who were superb, never let our glasses stay empty. Sahib was very attentive and also helped with how to pair our dishes to get the most out of our meal. He was very knowledgeable, great smile and so pleasant. We watched as he was just as attentive with the other guests, great touch! The hostess Mary also came back outside to check on us to see how we were doing, very warm and friendly. The cod and eggplant was on point, so flavorful. We had medium spice level, so that was great to be able to enjoy our food without it being overpowering. Great for vegans and vegetarians alike as they cook with Ghee, that's a plus for me. You can tell the chef Josche pays attention to detail. We're told everything is made to order and the meats are sourced from local farmers, love that! Check this place out for yourselves, it will not disappoint. I have to mention the manager Marcus, what a stand up guy. Can I say OCD, I mean he was picking up trash and debris along the way as he checked up on us, just keeping the place in order. He also added an extra special touch to our already great experience. Great staff, great atmosphere, great food. We didn't just have dinner, we had a dinning experience!
