Ordered spicy shrimp appi and two sushi rolls. Shrimp was just three pieces and a mound id sliced veggies in a sweet sauce. Sushi Rolls were nondescript something with rice and soy sauce was extremely salty. No explanation of either roll and no service plates provided or offered to eat from. For my money Lazyfish is far superior for Sushi.

I have been coming here since they opened, and in the past year I pick up or eat at the sushi bar weekly. There is a large menu with all the standard offerings, but I come for the fish. The sashimi is always on point, rolls are well proportioned, and staff are always prompt and kind. The restaurant is clean with good ambience, especially during the holidays.

Took over an hour to get our food. Had to ask for sauce multiple times and didn’t get It. When we got our check we were charged double for almost everything and It was $50 more than It was supposed to be. It took like 20 minutes to fix that. Staff was nice but seemed extremely disorganized and everyone in my party was irritated and left unhappy

Food is good (we tried Korean side of the menu and few sushi rolls) but service is VERY POOR. Do NOT bring hungry kids in there, you will regret big time 😂 It takes forever to get your meal. Even ice cream took 20 minutes to be served. The only reason this place is still operational is because of location. Owner clearly does not try to do better. Its our 2nd time and we will not come back.

The food is great but lately the service has been lacking significantly. They have 1-2 waitresses for the entire restaurant, during busy hours. I use to be impressed here but not anymore. It took 20 minutes just to get the check.

From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was struck by its spacious and sleek design, which masterfully creates an atmosphere conducive to both intimate conversations and larger gatherings. The layout is thoughtfully arranged, offering a sense of privacy while maintaining an open, airy feel. Opting to sit at the sushi bar, I was treated to a visually captivating display of culinary artistry, where the chefs’ meticulous attention to detail was on full display.

I began my meal with two standout sushi creations: the Sea World Roll and the Rogers on Fire Roll. The Sea World Roll was nothing short of a symphony of flavors, with each ingredient harmonizing perfectly to create a delightful balance of taste and texture. Every bite was a testament to the chef’s skill, hitting every note with precision. The Rogers on Fire Roll, while equally impressive in flavor, elevated the experience with its stunning presentation. Watching the roll arrive ablaze added a theatrical element that was as mesmerizing as it was delicious. Enjoying the Sea World Roll while the Fire Roll flickered nearby was a moment of serene indulgence.

For my main course, I eagerly anticipated the Gop-Dol Bi-Bim-Bob, and it did not disappoint. Served sizzling hot in a traditional stone bowl, the dish was a vibrant explosion of color and aroma. The medley of fresh vegetables, tender meat, and perfectly cooked rice was complemented by the spicy paste, which I added in its entirety for a bold kick. The stone bowl’s intense heat played a crucial role in the cooking process, searing the rice at the bottom into a delightfully crunchy layer. This added a satisfying textural contrast to the softer ingredients, elevating the overall experience. After a few minutes of mixing, the ingredients melded into a harmonious blend of flavors and textures—crispy, tender, savory, and spicy—all in perfect balance. Each bite was a revelation, offering a new combination of tastes and sensations that kept me captivated until the last morsel.

The service throughout the evening was impeccable. The staff was not only attentive and professional but also exuded a genuine warmth that made me feel welcomed from start to finish. Their knowledge of the menu and attentiveness to detail enhanced the overall dining experience, ensuring that every need was met with grace and efficiency.

In conclusion, this restaurant is a true gem, where exceptional food, flawless service, and an inviting ambiance come together to create an unforgettable dining experience. The chef’s mastery is evident in every dish, from the artful sushi rolls to the vibrant Bi-Bim-Bob.

I left thoroughly impressed and eager to return for the Omakase Course, confident that it will be yet another showcase of culinary excellence.
