Came in here for the second time today. First experience was great. Came back to purchase 3 more drinks and use the bathroom. There was a young lady at the table next to us. There was an empty chair. We asked if it was free and the young lady said, yes.. my dad is right over there. This WHITE man assumes we made her get up and starts going at it with my sister. The TWO workers in there told US o calm down. We weren’t even aggressive. America today SUX. These 3 workers SUCK! And I will never come to this location again,

Asked for a cold drink to be prepared particular way with few pieces of ice… was given one full of ice. Asked for it to be fixed and girl behind the counter laughed at it… some service, considering Starbucks prides itself on making custom drinks, disappointing

Solid spot in Frederick for coffee. It is located right on their main street, in an old historic building. Wait times were a bit elevated due to staffing issues, but coffee tasted great and was very easy to walk to

I would go out of my way to come to this location! The staff working the morning of Sunday, June 8th were incredibly pleasant and efficient. They also made the best Strawberry Acai Lemonade Refresher that I have ever had.

Not sure what was worse the service or the food. The cashier is just RUDE then had the audacity to give me a dirty look when I didn't put my change in her tip jar. You want a tip SMILE AND DO YOUR JOB. Don't worry, I won't be back.

Came down with food poisoning after having a breakfast sandwich and coffee from this location. Service was slow and one of the baristas is a once in a generation yapper. 💀

Welcome to one of the best coffee houses located downtown. This location is full of very kind and friendly people here to serve you with your favorite coffees that only Starbucks can offer you. Whether you're alone or with family, you are sure to find something for everyone! FYI if you bring your dog, they have a tasty treat for your loving dogo too.

Parking: If you can't find a spot located outside the building there are plenty of parking decks within walking distance

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible entrance for those with handicap needs located in the back next to the parking deck
