Yes this location managed by Nick has really amazing staff. I realize that Starbucks has a brand of great customer service but this location goes above and beyond their customer service level. I am grateful for the great staff such as Patrea, Zoe, Sarah, Natalie, Kylie among others. But one person whose heart is so kind and is very business minded and customer service centered is Nicole. I have not been here in years, and it was nice to see that it was just as nice and friendly as it was when I went there years ago almost daily when I worked in the Bernard W. Brown Community Center on 7th street in the Mediation Center.
