I came in asked what time they close/what time I can place an order before they close… young lady tells me 9:40 I go in at 9:40 to place the order she says we’re closed. I reminded her about our conversation and she started talking to the cook and she comes back and says it’s 9:42 we’re closed. I wanted to tell her it’s only 9:42 because of all the back and forth and I got in at 9:39 … don’t tell people one time and when they come back don’t hold it up

Disappointing Experience at Teriyaki Bowl**
I recently visited Teriyaki Bowl in Frederick and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I would give zero stars if it gave me an option. The dish, which I expected to be a flavorful teriyaki bowl, was lacking in key components. There was an alarming absence of teriyaki sauce, which left the overall flavor profile bland and uninviting. Additionally, the noodles were inconsistently prepared, resulting in a dry and soggy texture that was quite unappealing. To make matters worse, the meat had an off-putting sour taste, raising concerns about its freshness. Regrettably, my experience did not end well, as I experienced digestive discomfort shortly after my meal. I would advise future customers to carefully inspect their food before leaving the establishment. For those seeking a more enjoyable teriyaki experience, I recommend Teriyaki Express at FSK Mall, which consistently delivers delicious and satisfying meals. It's essential to consider all reviews critically, especially given the possibility of biased feedback. Don’t believe the Fake reviews written by their employees or manager. I will be reporting this place to FCHD. I hope that my feedback will prompt necessary actions to ensure that Teriyaki Bowl meets the required food safety standards to protect the well-being of its customers.

Sonia you and your volunteers are such beautiful angels from heaven. About over a month ago I was sent a kits to heart box and I couldn’t believe how there were so many things in the box, everything was made from the heart of someone truly special who volunteered their time to make someone else smile and make them feel cared about while battling this bad disease.. everything was so heart warming…from the encouraging cards, cute sticks that were hand made ( SpongeBob was the best and the fry sticker ), the hand made birds, hearts, facial products, the silky smooth chapstick, the wash cloths, water bottle, crossword puzzle book, other magazines and items. I am thankful from all my heart. You brought tears of joy to my eyes in a hard time❤️thank you from me and everybody You make such a difference you don’t even know … thank you and God bless all of you Angels ♥️🙏🏻

Thoroughly enjoyed my first visit. The beef poke bowls were very good portions, delicious, and filling. Had a couple sushi options as well, they were also very good! Service was polite and friendly. Would like the ability to get my own refills, but other than that the place was excellent. Clearly didn't effect my review, but my negative feedback would be for the owner who responds to reviews here. Negative reviews are a part of business. Be the bigger person and don't feel the need to sit and argue back and forth with a negative reviewer. It's childish and petty. If your product is genuinely good, the positive will outweigh the negative.
