Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Smoothie bowls are premade and frozen not fresh, frustrating when you’re paying $12, rather go to play bowls across the street. They forgot a topping which is not a big deal but then proceeded to fix it and put it on at the literal register which was odd.

I got the southwest wrap and the chia oatmeal pudding for takeout, knowing I’d be working for 10 hours. Both were wonderful. I’m a food snob and I was honestly surprised at how cheap these were for my money’s worth. And they were so delicious that I have to tell the world.

The customer service and bad attitude of the employees I experienced today is horrible. Especially when you are paying such high prices, plus tip.

I go once a week for the detox smoothie.

I ordered two smoothies and they were yummy. Prices are average, the portions were filling. We had to wait longer than 10 minutes to get our smoothies but that’s ok, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the menu options. The shop has seating inside for people to sit and eat. When we were there, the lighting in the store was dual and the music was loud.

Vegetarian options: I haven’t tried the wraps or sandwiches but I did see them on the menu. The smoothies are really good.

Dietary restrictions: There are food options for most dietary restrictions.

Parking: There is parallel parking on the street of this shop that are spacious and were available at the time we went. If it is packed, you can park at the shopping center parking lot and walk over to the shop.

wish the smoothies were more consistent, they were good when I went once, but they’re different every time. also pickup is weird cause no one says hi or acknowledges my presence at all. makes me feel like an annoyance :(

First time grabbing a smoothie from here. I usually go Smoothie King and I will say that the smoothies here can definitely compete. The prices were reasonable for the size. The store was clean and orderly. The staff were friendly and polite.

Tropical Smoothie catered a lunch at my office and everything was amazing! The owner delivered the order herself and was very nice, and the food and smoothies were so good. Highly recommend!

Pros: Girl at the counter was very nice and the smoothies came quickly. Cons: for a fast food chain it took 30 minutes to get my hot food order, I don't mind 10 minutes but 30 is ridiculous. What made this more infuriating was the fact that I showed up and ordered before at least a solid 5 people got their order. They clearly did not read the screen order properly.

The place was dirty. All but two of the servers were being non attentive and goofing around. I commend the two young ladies that were doing their jobs and their peers.
