always love stopping in here with my husband for a warm carafe of sake and a bowl of ramen. their karaage chicken and soup dumplings are also to die for. love it. everyone is so nice there too. great little spot.
We had the tsunami and beef bulgogi ramens and enjoyed both of them.
We decided to try Tsunami on a whim while walking around Frederick on a rainy Sunday afternoon and it was a pleasant surprise how great of a find this restaurant was. Our server, Shel, was excellent and made great recommendations. The dumplings we got for an appetizer were some of the best we’ve had and the ramen dishes for our entrees were equally as delicious. And save room for the mango sticky rice for dessert! Will definitely be coming back!

The shrimp appetizer remains highly praised, described as *chef's kiss*. While some have had mixed experiences, such as finding shrimp not deveined, others appreciate the ramen, DONBURI options like the Karaage Bowl, and cocktail specials as great choices.
