I have no idea how they fit 350 teas and all the accoutrement in such a tiny store, but they do it well and with a smile! Very helpful owners who are extremely patient with my kid's chatter and questions--and how long it takes us to decide ❤️

I first visited Voila 7 years ago, and in my years away have yet to find a blueberry tea that compares. A great selection of teas, and they also carry mugs and tea accessories. My personal favorite is the Frederick County Blues (a blueberry black tea) with some lavender blended in. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, making Voila a truly wonderful experienceTip from when I went in: they ship! The website is currently down, but they accept orders via email and will call to accept payment.

This review is long overdue!This tea store is exceptional! Located in beautiful downtown Frederick, the people here are incredibly friendly and beyond knowledgeable. Voila is the best tea store anywhere remotely around. I drive 45 minutes up here from Leesburg where I have 2 other tea stores near me where neither come close to the taste and quality of their teas.Tea on the Beach is my absolute favorite whether it’s iced or cold! You won’t regret stopping!

I love ‘em! Mary Jean, Mike, and Joann are great to talk tea with. They have made a custom blend for me for 7 or 8 years. Great shop, great tea, great service and most important great people.

I got some medieval honey mead (black tea) from here this Fall and it has been great. Being able to smell all the different teas they have for sale is a huge plus. If I lived closer I'd be here every other week. Definitely will be coming back again in the future though.

I love coming to this place. My favorite teas from them are the Chai Pu, pretty much any of the earl greys, and the Christmas or fall flavors. They have a wonderful selection and are extremely helpful and will even ship for you. They just helped me pick out some teas for my mom over email along with the perfect tea diffuser. I will happily order from them wherever I end up.
