Voila! in Frederick ~ Special Teas & Other Goodness

Really gorgeous little shop with so many varieties and flavors as well as local pottery. Excellent customer service. Will be shopping again!

I LOVE this tea shop! They have small canisters of all their loose leaf teas on the wall (organized by type) that you can look at and sniff. Our favorite is their namesake tea Voila (black tea). They also will ship the tea to your home if you don't live in the Frederick area. Owner is lovely and very helpful.

The only place I buy my tea from!! And that says alot since I love thousands of miles away from the shop lol. Every time I come back to Maryland from Texas I come to viola and restock. Staff is so sweet and knowledgeable. Loyal customer for life:)

Best tea shop I've ever been to! Huge selection of teas all organized beautifully with testers for you to smell, and a great selection of tea pots/mugs/diffusers/etc. The shop owners are incredibly knowledgeable and so sweet. This place is truly a gem.

I have no idea how they fit 350 teas and all the accoutrement in such a tiny store, but they do it well and with a smile! Very helpful owners who are extremely patient with my kid's chatter and questions--and how long it takes us to decide ❤️

I first visited Voila 7 years ago, and in my years away have yet to find a blueberry tea that compares. A great selection of teas, and they also carry mugs and tea accessories. My personal favorite is the Frederick County Blues (a blueberry black tea) with some lavender blended in. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, making Voila a truly wonderful experienceTip from when I went in: they ship! The website is currently down, but they accept orders via email and will call to accept payment.

This review is long overdue!This tea store is exceptional! Located in beautiful downtown Frederick, the people here are incredibly friendly and beyond knowledgeable. Voila is the best tea store anywhere remotely around. I drive 45 minutes up here from Leesburg where I have 2 other tea stores near me where neither come close to the taste and quality of their teas.Tea on the Beach is my absolute favorite whether it’s iced or cold! You won’t regret stopping!

I love ‘em! Mary Jean, Mike, and Joann are great to talk tea with. They have made a custom blend for me for 7 or 8 years. Great shop, great tea, great service and most important great people.
