I ordered two drunken noodles, the old bay chicken, workaholic and an appetizer. The restaurant was small and lacked an inviting feel. There are a few tables inside and out. No tvs or anything to keep you there. I ordered two drunken noodles but each came in a different sized container. The drunken noodles tasted good but would have liked the same amount in both containers. My favorite meal was the Old Bay Chicken.

First time here, decided I should give it a try. Due to the fact that I love asain food. Ok, appealing was fantastic. Looks great and I order the phat thai. Ok, at first, I thought it tasted good but the more bites, that I took. It started to tasted more and more salty. I was trying to avoid it but it was too much that I just couldn't handle it. My sodium intake was too much for me to take. So, I just threw away the food. I was very disappointed bc I couldn't wait to try it. My husband ordered and we threw both of our food since it was too much salt. But the chicken I loved it bc it was nice and grilled.

Food was great but the website is trash. After choosing our food and paying for it online, It was more than advertised. So you don't notice at the very bottom of the checkout page they add a tip on to your carryout without you authorizing it. If you weren't trying to scam people out of money, you would have the tip option up where people can see it above the total or near the total amount and not all the way at the bottom of the page. We used to order at least twice a month. After this I haven't been back in months. Horrible business practices.
I was placing an order for pickup and as I was calling, the employees were extremely rude. In the middle of my order the worker didn’t understand me and hung up on me. I am very dissatisfied with this customer service and will not be returning after this encounter. Totally do not reccomend.
Not even going to lie, their food is very good. however, their customer service is AWFUL. I have had so many issues with this place, and kept going back because the food is good. today was 100% my last visit though, as several others have noted in their reviews the website hides the area with tip UNDER where you pay and hit complete order. like completely out of the way, it didn’t even occur to me that it would automatically apply a 20% tip on takeout. shady way to try and get more money out of customers. they all have bad attitudes too, which sucks because again the food is so good! If you’re going to get food here, be prepared for rude people, and paying more than you should, but delicious food.

Misleading and unethical business practices: be aware of the 20% default tip for pick up when using their web-based ordering system. They prompt you to pay, but hidden below that step is a summary, with the last section being set at a default tip rate of 20%. This is an unethical way to trick customers into paying a tip. I enjoy being a generous tipper, but do not support businesses that do this. Hopefully this ridiculous tipping culture is reigned in soon!
