Dunkin has changed their business plan. What happened to coffee and a donut? Now there are so many crazy options it takes forever for the staff to concoct the drinks. It used to be that i could go into any dunkin order a coffee and it would taste the same, not so much anymore. This store had maybe a dozen donuts available. I dont blame the store, I blame corporate for changing the model.
Worst Dunkin I’ve ever experienced! Bathrooms were filthy, no soap or paper towels. In the restaurant, tables still had
Crumbs and sticky messes. One other patron was present. The clerk was looking at his phone the whole time he made our coffee. The coffee lids were dirty, so we asked for fresh ones because there were also no napkins. The counter in the prep area was disgustingly along with the floor and everything else.
Time to put down the phone and pick up a mop!!!

Stopped by here on the road. The guy was rude and completely messed my order up. Then had the nerve to get an attitude when I asked him to correct it. Messed my order and therefore lost money. Smh
