I dont like how you can't get your own condiments and drinks its like they dont trust you
There's very little customer service if you go inside. Order and pay on kiosk. If you happen to need help, they are very slow getting to you. Feel ignored.

Didn't like the way you're sopost to order the system locked up and the staff was busy in the back. The girl that did come over and help was very good and friendly and helpful. Just there system isn't. Food was okay.

On a positive note, the staff were very nice and the food was delicious, with the Big Mac, fries, and coke saving the rating. The restaurant is typically quick and friendly, with ample staffing to handle the rushes well. The only criticism mentioned was that the tea is sometimes burned.
Overall, McDonald's appears to be a popular destination, with plenty of parking and wheelchair accessibility. The restaurant's app, however, could use some improvement. The dining area was grungy and many of the tables have been removed, leaving giant open spaces.
