Im a bit mixed after my first time going today. There were 3 employees making drinks and no one tending to customers. Maybe that's how this location works? Having to use the kiosk was pretty cool but it did make me feel rushed becauseof line that forms. Its mostly clean besides a few wrappers left behind by customers (you should really clean up after ypurself as a customer) it seems clean behind counter, they have a nice music selection, Great tea selection, the

Staff is always kind, efficient and accommodating. If you're waiting a longer time here - be patient. The quality is different to what you're comparing it to and it's totally worth it.

Disappointed with my latest visit. I always get the same thing from here (Fulton location)… dirty brown sugar milk with pearls. 100% sugar, 70 ice… I love it! The reason for the 3 star review, today I found out they offered military discount, except for some reason I was told by the employee I needed an ID card and that my proof of service verification letter from the VA was not enough. It was the “store policy” and the employee would get in trouble if he gave me the discount...
