My visit to this establishment was disappointing due to the poor service provided by the cashier. His attitude was unpleasant, and it was evident that he did not enjoy his job. Additionally, his loud and disruptive behavior was off-putting. I strongly recommend hiring new associates to improve the customer experience before it's too late. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location in the future.

This is an Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon combination location. We ordered two salted pretzels and a four-pack of Bonbites. I had a 20% off app deal but the employee couldn't figure out how to redeem it so he gave us 10% off instead. It's something at least! Pretzels were thin and doughy and not hot. Disappointing! The Bonbites were fresh and warm but could have had more icing! I'd probably be gluttonous next time and ask for a side of icing and check with them which one of the pretzels has been sitting out the least amount of time. I just like hot pretzels!

Who doesn't enjoy a sweet treat once in a while. I stumbled across Auntie Anne's on my way to Nandos and I absolutely had to stop and purchase a pretzel. I'm not sure how long they have been at Rio but it is a great addition. The service was great. The cashier was able to give me my order within a reasonable time. The ambiance was great as well. The environment was very welcoming. I would recommend stopping by during the day to pick up a sweet treat.

I might contact corporate at this point…..this has to be the worst aunt Annie’s I’ve ever been to. Went out of my way to walk here and not only was the male cashier in a bad mood and rude but was a waste of my time. I had a coupon and he seemed upset I was even using it???? Don’t work for a company dealing with people if you don’t have the people skills needed to do the job. My pretzel was cold, hard and looked days old. Clearly all the reviews here are terrible and someone needs to put their foot down to get things in order for this location.

Ordered for pickup and they just didn't have the item. They said that they didn't serve the item I ordered, even though I could order it and there was a giant TV screen advertising the item as well. Ended up having to get something I did not really want and even that was cold and disappointing.

My experience with Auntie Anne's pepperoni pretzel had its ups and downs. While the taste was enjoyable with a balanced level of saltiness, the disappointment came from the inside being somewhat cold. Overall, it lived up to taste expectations, but the temperature issue was a drawback. Service was fast since it was slow in there. Not many people there very mild ambiance.

I had high hopes in this location, but this Auntie Anne's BARELY had any options on the menu. Fortunately, they had the sweet almond pretzel that I like. I ordered the last sweet almond pretzel and when I went home, I discovered the bottom of it was BURNT and it was inedible because it was so hard. I ended up throwing it away, what a waste of money.

Didn’t believe the reviews until I went to buy a pretzel. Don’t bother coming here. They are rude.

Absolutely terrible experience. They have an extremely limited offering available. They only have 3 types of pretzels, none of which we wanted. We had to settle on nuggets. Their menu said they had 2 sizes of nuggets, but they only had the bigger size. I had to wait 5 minutes for the nuggets to he cooked. The whole point of having an Auntie Anne's close by is that you can get the things you are craving. We were just beyond disappointed.

In the same location with Cinnabon. The chain itself has gone downhill. Pretzels aren't the same. The recipe isnt the same as when they first opened.. Last couple of the times, the pretzels have been slightly charred or burnt, leaving me with a bad after taste. The sauces used to be in small plastic containers, now they are pre packaged. Again not the same quality, and the cheese in those packages hurt my stomach.I prefer pretzels from the Amish Market.3 stars for good customer service.

I was excited to find out there was an Auntie Annes in my area. I used to stop at Laurel Mall after school just for a Pretzel. Anyways about this place, i order 2 Cinn Sugars and 2 Almonds.Almonds were good and on point. The Cinn Sugars, well look at the pic so you car see how much sugar. Its a good thing i am not diabetic. Plus they were hard/stale i had to throw them out.
