This particular store of Baskin Robbins is run by cons - they increased the price of a pint of ice cream to $11 !!!I called Corporate and they assured me that the pint should not cost more than $7.50 before taxesCall the store again and the person kept insisting that $11 is the current price and was up from eight dollars just about 6 to 7 months ago.They might as well shove the ice cream up theirs ……… that ice cream is definitely not worth that much

I had a rude encounter just now as I’m typing this. I was at at the door at 7:45pm and the employee saw me but decided to lock the door in my face and walked away. I knocked on the door just to talk to her but instead her and another employee decided to hide behind the counter whilst I was at the door acting like they didn’t see me.

By far the worst customer service. I ordered a custom birthday cake weeks in advance and upon arrival was told the franchise switched owners and they did not fulfill my order. No courtesy call or email notification. They did not offer appropriate alternatives. They offered to give me some donut holes instead.
I go in for Smoothie once a week and lately, the two young men that works there have been rude and insulting by telling me to go somewhere else for my smoothie when I live right across from the store.Avoid this store!. Customer service is lacking here.

We purchased 2 ice cream cones (one scoop and a 2 scoop). First they were out of Rocky Road Ice Cream and also out of Pralines and Cream) We settled for Peanut Butter and Chocolate on the single cone and Pistachio Ice Cream and Butter Peacan.The Rocky Road and Pistachio Ice Creams were freezer burned and tasted horrible. I mean $11.21 is not a fortune, but I still expect value for my dollar.Wow, what happened to Yum Brands? Baskin-Robbins ? Used to be a place of quality, but now it’s gone so far downhill, it makes me wonder what has happened? Are you screening your franchisees properly or do you just want the franchisee fee? The Poolesville location is that same poor quality and lack of availability.It’s not like you are inexpensive?I will never return to any Baskin-Robbins because this isn’t the first time we have had a bad experience. I’ve posted before hoping to get a response of what you were going to do to win my loyalty back. But clearly it’s not a focus and really too bad because I have fond memories of many a delicious treat. Unfortunately I will need to get my ice cream elsewhere.Makes me sad

on this occasion they have enough staff The only problem that I see is that the staff do not speak they are mute they do not say anything and they are slow I think the manager has to train the staff better and this is a comment so that the chain continues to grow and have better results with clients take it seriously

Took ice cream home, was grainy ! Like it’s been sitting in the freezer for months! Ugh! Also this is suppose to be Vanilla chocolate chips. Looks good but tastes old. Too tierd to go back out to return. The cashier wasn’t very friendly. I doubt she would have helped had I returned it. Not worth it. Sorry!
