The food was delicious, with fresh ingredients and a variety of options. The bowls were visually appealing and satisfying. However, I found the customer service to be just okay. And this is not the first time. The atmosphere is nice, place is clean, but it’s extremely cold in there. I mean it’s not just chilly but freezing. They have very nice patio so it compensates.
It was cool. My husband and I visited lastnight for an acai bowl. It was good but there wasn't much of an acai base and the strawberries were cut up so tiny, not sure what that's about. This is a good alternative to South Block, which closes pretty early, but South Blocks acai bowls are definitely superior to these.
Neeha was absolutely spectacular and so friendly! She assisted us in fulfilling a complicated order, including different special requests with the upmost grace! The food was perfect as ordered and we will definitely be returning. Hope to see Neeha there! She absolutely deserves a raise for her commitment to the company and her care for the community!
