While this location has high rating ( which drew us to choose to eat ) we were shocked and disappointed with the customer service and the food cleanliness. The staff does not have patience even when there is zero customers inside the restaurant , not sure why they are in a rush/ hurry to dump food in a bowl . And on top of this we found hair in the food after taking back home to eat , leading us to dump it in trash. The manager needs to give some attention and hope this review helps to further improve.

Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Eric and the crew at CAVA. Even though they were out of some items (understandable after a slammed day from 10am on), Eric still brought great energy and made the experience feel personal. He took a moment to chat with me, and even hooked me up with a bowl — seriously above and beyond. You can tell the team works hard and keeps a good vibe despite the rush. Appreciate the hospitality. Much respect to Eric and the whole crew!
