I love visiting the Kentlands Cava! We come here every other week in the evening close to closing and yet everyone is still happy to serve us and they treat us so kindly. It’s a friendly work environment and the food is always fresh at this location. We always encounter Eric at the register, he is so kind and patient, we enjoy seeing him when we visit! We cannot recommend this location enough!!

The food quality at CAVA is generally good. Ingredients are fresh, flavors are balanced, and the restaurant itself is clean and organized.
However, customer service needs improvement. Interactions often feel rushed and lack basic hospitality. A more welcoming and attentive approach would significantly improve the overall experience.
Additionally, portion sizes tend to be noticeably smaller when ordering through Uber Eats compared to ordering in person. Since pricing remains the same, consistency across ordering platforms is important.
With stronger service standards and uniform portioning, this location could provide a much more consistent experience.

I'm not going to lie. I love CAVA. I definitely prefer CAVA than Chipotle and other fast food restaurants chains. However this isn't the first time I have gotten sick from CAVA. The first time was at the Rockville location near Pike and Rose. I stopped going there because I've gotten sick twice. I took a break from eating there and started going to other locations for redemption. The service is wonderful. The staff are great workers. Truthfully I really don't believe they wash any of the lettuce they offer. I ordered a bowl with white rice, arugula lettuce, roasted veggies, cucumbers, pita chips, hummus, and yogurt dill. It was really good, but I ate half of it. After the second half my stomach started to feel uncomfortable thinking that I ate too fast. To each at their own risk, but I suggest to not choose any lettuce to anyone's bowl. If anyone agrees that they experienced this please let me know. I'm pretty confident that I'm experiencing a type of food poisoning at this current moment as I'm writing this with a fever, chills, body aches, nausea, and severe stomach cramps. I love the business, but it will be awhile to trust to eat there again.
