The fries used to be my favorite part of chick fil a but this location constantly serves under salted fries. It’s always a hit or miss for the food. I just enjoy that they constantly have free strips or nuggets.

This chick fila told me I could not request for my fries to be extra crispy. If I’m spending money on food I should be able to request the fries not be soggy. Kind of weird for a chick-fila, not gone lie. I understand they are a franchise. So I just drove to the other Chick-fil-A where they say my pleasure and treat you good.

Employees are friendly, but the service is atrociously slow. The pickup area is always backed up. Pickup times are often 10+ minutes after the estimate, and there is often nobody manning the pickup zone, so you have to flag somebody down to ask about order status.

Worst Chick-fil-A!!!! they don’t greet you and took the order forever. Gave you salad without dressing and no apology. If you stand there no one would come to you if you need anything!! Lobby and bathroom all dirty. Do Not Come This Location!!!!

I would not come to this branch again! I ordered southwest salad and they give me the wrong salad. I saw that after coming home, drove back 15 minutes to swap for the right salad and they did not even bother to apologize. Not even the basic courtesy when I spent my entire lunch window to travel back-and-forth for the right order which was 1.5 hour. Manager on duty was tatiana and she certainly needs some training.

This was my favorite Chick-fil-A. Due to an error on my part, i ordered pickup instead of curbside. When I got to the restaurant I called and they said no problem they would bring it out. 21 minutes later i went inside and got my warm shake and cold sandwich. Shame on me for believing they would correct my mistake ?

I will not go to this location again because the service is constantly bad. Besides food being always very slow in this location (Chick Fil A has time estimates on their app, but the food usually arrives much later), today he server forgot our drinks. I asked for the drinks when I saw the server, they nodded but did not bring our drinks. I had to leave because my lunch break was over, without my drink. The Kid's meal did not come with a prize.
On different visits the food was ready (indicated on app) but not delivered until I came up and asked for it. I would recommend the Rockville location on Darnstown Road for better and faster service.
Kid-friendliness: Unlike other restaurants, Chick-fil-A delivers food to your seat which is a big help for parents with young children. Playpen is a plus.
