Personally not a huge fan of chic Fil as food but can completely understand why people enjoy it. The service is excellent. No matter how busy it is, the workers remain extremely kind and respectful. Unlike chipotle across the street, where they’ll give you attitude and waste your time even when they’re not busy.

The young lady doing the mobile order/delivery order pickup area was blatantly ignoring me as I was standing there patiently for around 10 minutes for the order that was already on the shelf ready for pickup. It’s not that hard to acknowledge a customer that’s waiting at the mobile order pickup area rather than have me and others go out of our way to go around back to get it ourselves.

Went into chick fil a in the morning to order food for my son. They were starting setting up (it was 6:40- I think they open at 6:30) I asked the manager, Jocelyn, how long it would take & she said 1-2 minutes. After 2-3 minutes & they had not started cooking anything yet, I asked again & she looked in the back to see that NO ONE was cooking at all. I had to leave (without time to get a refund) and she just had a smile on her face. No apology- nothing. Not the first time for having a bad experience in the morning. They are so slow & she still can’t manage anything.

Always check your orders when you receive them. I ordered two chicken egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches and repeated that I wanted egg in there, and even asked, that's the sandwich with egg, right? When I received my sandwiches, it was chicken and cheese, no egg. So I asked for there to be egg in it. Then they charged me for the egg. Mistakes are mistakes, it's all fine. They even apologized and I wasn't upset, but then I checked the sandwiches again and instead of putting the egg in the sandwich, they just threw the egg on top of the biscuit and closed it and handed it to me as if that's a normal thing to do. I was very clear about my order and they made a mistake, which is fine, but then they decided to be lazy and vindictive for some reason. At no point did I get upset or change my tone I was cordial the entire time. These people are just lazy and don't have any honor or integrity in their service. If you want Chick-fil-A, go to a different location.

I’m not sure what it is about this location, but it is so difficult to receive a pickup order. Even if I walk inside and stand at the pickup location at a slow time, I am ignored by a handful of employees for at least 5 minutes before anyone bothers to help me. Meanwhile, my order is sitting there getting cold, but no one seems to care to help. Even managers ignore. It’s so frustrating.

I online ordered breakfast for pick up and breakfast ends at 10:30. I got here at 10:29 parked in my spot put the number in the app and they will not give me any breakfast items that I paid for. I will never come to this location for breakfast again because I talked to someone about it at 10:30 (manager) and she said it’s “out of her control” but could give me a 4 count of what I got and I just wouldn’t get refunded the rest.
