I visited for the curbside pickup and it was so much easier than going through the drive-thru line at the one near the Costco on 355. I ordered on my app, showed up and parked (behind the building) and within a minute they were out with my food. The food was fresh and tasty. This will be my new Chick-Fil-A.

Without a doubt, the sauce they have is addictive, very delicious, their potatoes are crispy, the only bad thing was the conditioning. It is very cold inside, it was a refrigerator.

Extremely, extremely slow service. I go out of my way not to come to this Chick Fil A because service is so poor. We consistently wait a minimum of 20 mins for curbside orders after arriving, no matter the time of day or busyness. I once went in the inquire about my curbside order and it was just sitting in the pick up area. No apologies offered. Just: “oh, here.” We’ve also not received everything we ordered on several occasions. The only reason we’ve come here again is because the other Chick Fil A is closed for renovations. I regret coming here each time I do. Today, I used my 23-minute curbside wait time to write this review.

These guys are amazing ... Superb customer service. Brought my kiddos to the playground area and they had a great time. Although it was wet inside the floor inside the restaurant did not look dirty at all that tells you that they work constantly on the cleanliness of the restaurant. The tables were constantly wiped down for the next customer.

My son was supposed to receive a spicy chicken sandwich because that was what we ordered. He received a regular chicken sandwich that wasn't tasty.
Not sure what is going on here but within the last month or so, the quality of service has gone down hill tremendously and no more ? experience. My last 3 mobile orders, I had to call or go inside to grab it because it was taking over 15 min and my food was sitting inside waiting to be dropped off. Maybe mgmt has changed and or they cut down on staff but it’s definitely not the same experience as in the last few years. ?

I've eaten here in the past multiple times before, but this time will be my last. I ordered grilled chicken bites combo. The chicken was overcooked and tasteless with the fries being hard stale weird flavor. Unfortunately for me, it destroyed my stomach like tacobell. Thanks.

Been there 3 times in a month and a half! They have messed up the order every time! Last time it was 2 call to the restaurant, 1 to corporate and finally a ride to the location to get my order corrected! If you eat here, always check your order before you leave! Horrible quality control!

Today they were having alot of issues with their mobile ordering so I went in to grab my food. I stood for 10 mins with no acknowlegement. Luckily a nice girl had came and noticed we had been standing there for awhile and tried to help us even though it wasn't her station. It was kind of weird how the non-minorities were noticed by the guy manning the station but not the gentlemen and I who were standing right next to them.Also was annoyed I only got 3 fries and the rest were crumbs. I'll stick with Germantown location.
