Not sure what happened to this location but why are the workers playing loud music with curse words in the kitchen super loudly. Two different speakers are playing music. It sounds like a night club and it’s noon. I mentioned that it was very loud and they all just laughed in my face. So rude. Gonna try not to come back. Also the portions sucked.

I am visiting from Texas and I chose to go to this location despite being in a nice location food and service was poor. The boy working in the front rolled his eyes while asking to fix my order. The food looks as if it was sitting out for a while and was not cold making our meal nasty. I am very disappointed in this location as is this is something I eat when I visit anywhere . New staff and people that care should be working here

Ordered ahead 2 times in a row with them being out of chips even though they still had a few hours left of being open and refused to make more. Don’t give a refund in the store and make you do it yourself online. They clearly don’t

WE WERE AT RIO TODAY, WENT IN TO GET FOOD, THERE WAS A SIGN AT THE DOOR SAYING THAT THEY WEREN'T TAKING CASH UNLESS IT WAS THE EXACT AMOUNT. EVERYONE WORKING THERE WERE SO RUDE AND THAT'S THE SECOND TIME, THEY ACT LIKE PEOPLE IS BEGGING THEM FOR FOOD. WHEN BEFORE WE GOT TO THE REGISTER, THEY ASK IF WE HAD CARDS, THAT THE EXACT AMOUNT DIDN'T MATTER, NO CASH AT ALL, REGARDLESS TO WHAT THE SIGN SAID THAT IF WE DIDN'T HAVE CARD THEN, WE WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO GET OUR FOOD.

My husband and I usually always eat here, and drive the extra couple mins instead of the one that’s down the street from us. We considered it to be the best one near us. However that quickly changed when the other week we both got bowls for dinner and took it home. I was starving so quickly started to eat dinner, but then as i was eating my bowl and enjoying it, I looked down and found a FAT hair mixed all up in the bowl. Wasn’t mine and was at the very bottom. I was instantly turned off from it and lost my appetite. My husband had barely started to eat his, but didn’t want to eat it after the hair in mine. We drove to take it back and the manager gave us a hard time about getting a refund on our meals bc mine was already eaten (I still had half left, as I said I was planning on eating.. didn’t plan on finding a hair). They also didn’t want to return my husbands even though he clearly didn’t want to eat it if I just found a hair in mine and we got pretty much the same bowl aside from 1-2 other ingredients he added.After much back and forth the manager consulted his other manager and they returned both. But it really shouldn’t have been that difficult. We are regulars there, and it was 9pm at this point, and after a long day at work I wouldn’t go out of my way to return it AND end up losing my whole appetite for the night. So thanks chipotle!!!! Won’t be coming back to this one.

Why do the workers skimp on my portion sizes?When I ask for extra rice does it come out of their paycheck? Chipotle made 8.6 billion dollars in 2022, fill the bowl up!I know food service sucks, but come on.

Chips were stale, queso must if been reheated for a week, pop was out, and pretty dirty. I know help is hard to find, but they made it clear they didn't care.
