If I’m gonna spend 12$ on a bowl I would expect a decent amount of food in there but they speed fill your food like it’s a race and the portions are so small really disappointing

When I asked for help, a lady said one minute and they started talking in Spanish and I'm pretty sure they were calling me pendejo only because I asked for my pick up after getting no response...

If I pay over $40 for two burritos, they should be really great. These were just okay. Chipotle used to be cheaper and more delicious. I recommend Torchy's.

Do yourself a favor and never order Uber eats from here. The employees treat it like the quick serve Olympics, rushing through your order like they have a stop watch on them. I have personally ordered delivery 3 times and have never gotten the right order. Management at the top needs to re-access their business model and prioritize the customer rather than speed in the quick serve line. Get g’d

Out of all the chipotle locations I like this one the most. I am always happy with my bowl when I go in-person to order.
I’ve learned that if you order through the app (does not matter which location you pick it up at) your order is not the same as when you do it in person.

I ordered smoked brisket bowl and was so excited so have until I saw the amount of meat they serve. It was ridiculously small amount like half of their scoop. I don't know if this is because of inflation but I don't think I am gonna go this place again

Place isn’t that great, when you order ahead it’s never ready when you get there. And they definitely skimp on the order ahead orders. I rarely eat here anymore because of how much it has gone downhill in the recent years

1. I was charged for a bowl I didn't even order because the cashier was busy talking to her friend and rushing because the line got long I had to get a refund
2. After getting my bowl I went to use the bathroom before I left only 1 toilet was functioning the the sink wasn't working at all! I finished and there was a Chipotle worker waiting to use to bathroom which made me think if I couldn't wash my hands how could he?? Absolutely avoid this place!

When picking up my order, there was no one at the counter. The person who usually greets me was in the middle of a task (I get it, it was slow and things have to get done!), and so she asked another employee, who wasn’t doing anything, to assist me. He said to her, in Spanish, that “I don’t get paid enough to do that, get someone else to help him”. He clearly didn’t know that I’m a heritage Spanish speaker. Another employee stopped what she was doing, and handed me my order.
Personally, I don’t think that asking for my name, and handing me my *already made* order would’ve been so difficult, but the fact that this employee said what he said - most likely because he thought I wouldn’t understand him and that he’d be talking like this without me knowing - left a horrible taste in my mouth for this Chipotle location. I’ve been very patient with Chipotle over the last five years or so, but this is where I have to draw the line with customer service. Extremely rude and borderline racist, and im honestly considering just never patronizing this location again.
