I was overcharged on my credit card statement. When I attempted to contact customer service, I was told that they would send a refund within 3 to 5 business days. Almost 3 weeks later I was told that they would no longer send a refund due to the time lapse, but instead sent me QR code for entrées. Make sure if you use a credit card at this chipotle that you check it immediately because they will not refund your money. I would recommend not going to this chipotle

I had dealt with a very rude and upsetting experience at this chipotle. I approached them with nothing but respect and got only a pinch of every topping I had asked for. The lady making my bowl kept telling me to “speak up” in an aggressive manner even though it’d been busy and the music was fairly loud. My bowl was dry, sorry, and sloppy it really looked like a failed attempt making fried rice. Besides the food the service it’s what’s most needed to be addressed, I haven’t had a good experience here, my daughter, and my husband haven’t either. They’re all getting paid at the end of the day, why have such cold attitude towards your costumers? Just because you have a shitty day doesn’t mean you should make someone else’s worse let alone a stranger.

Not only were the servers rude, but extremely skimpy on the toppings. It wasn’t busy at all when I came in, and the workers ignored me for a solid 10 minutes while making mobile orders. Additionally, there were other workers who could’ve helped me who were standing around doing nothing. Then, while ordering, the lady gave me a dirty look every time I asked for extra ingredients such as corn and rice. She’d also walk away periodically to take care of other things mid-order. I remained extremely polite and respectful and wasn’t given the same in return when they’re literally getting paid to do that. I walked out angry knowing that the money I spent on their food was probably wasted paying employees who don’t do their job. It also took about 10 minutes for me to get in and out when I was one of three people in line. It could’ve taken me 2 minutes. Terrible portion sizes and terrible service. This place needs to go under new management or retrain/hire new employees.
I work at a restaurant, so I understand a lot of this. It’s not that hard to NOT BE RUDE WHEN YOU’RE GETTING PAID TO NOT BE RUDE!

Went to get dinner and they had an amazing picture of a carne asada Bowl. I asked for the carne asada bowl. They go for steak that doesn't even look remotely close to the same and completely dried out. I asked for a sample Taste of the steak and it was and dryer than the desert. My wife ordered her meal and it was terrible. I decided to cancel my meal because everything looked bad even a guacamole was turning. I believe that food should come out looking remotely similar to the pictures but not exact cuz I don't expect that.
The other huge issue I had was a language barrier. No one could understand English when I told them that I had decided I didn't want anything. They kept trying to charge me for the rice and little bit of beans on there. I told four different employees behind the counter that I did not want the food because it looks so bad and not like the picture above.
I remember back in the day Chipotle was so amazing and good but after last night I believe their standards have come way down.

this is by far the WORST chipotle i’ve EVER been to. I waited a lengthy FOURTY MINUTES for my mobile order. The staff was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. they were no help whatsoever and gave me my food almost an hour later than the mobile order labeled as ready. this is truly infuriating and unprofessional on the crews behave. i asked several times about my order and when it would come out and was met with an attitude and zero updates they had no idea where my food was. there were other people who came and ordered after me and still got their food before me. i am outraged and will never step foot in this establishment EVER again. the food was not even decent, burnt and nasty. that’s all, don’t go here unless you want to be disrespected.

fast service but not sloppy. always a line here it seems, but usual in-out is 10min. never have run out of the ingredients i like - very consistent service which is what i want from fast casual. beverage and utensil station seems to always be a bit messy, but that's true of most self service areas. green tabasco usually available.

Online orders always made on front line after 730p. The food you order gets cold while waiting for them to finish online order in the middle of half way making yours. Also employees wipe their gloved hands on their apron constantly. Chips are stale always. Dirty dishes stacked near ready to eat foods in evening. Employees touch dirty dishes then prepare food with same gloves. Serious health code violations here.

If I’m gonna spend 12$ on a bowl I would expect a decent amount of food in there but they speed fill your food like it’s a race and the portions are so small really disappointing

Super slow and rude customer service. I waited for my pickup and no one came to help though everyone was right over there. When I asked for help, a lady said one minute and they started talking in Spanish and I'm pretty sure they were calling me pendejo only because I asked for my pick up after getting no response...

If I pay over $40 for two burritos, they should be really great. These were just okay. Chipotle used to be cheaper and more delicious. I recommend Torchy's.

Do yourself a favor and never order Uber eats from here. The employees treat it like the quick serve Olympics, rushing through your order like they have a stop watch on them. I have personally ordered delivery 3 times and have never gotten the right order. Management at the top needs to re-access their business model and prioritize the customer rather than speed in the quick serve line. Get g’d

I had to leave a huge warm thank you to the ladies working tonight!! 🤗😁🫡 For it to be almost time to go home and after a long day, they were still kind and full of charisma and smiles. Out of all the chipotle locations I like this one the most. I am always happy with my bowl when I go in-person to order.
I’ve learned that if you order through the app (does not matter which location you pick it up at) your order is not the same as when you do it in person.
