Authentic handpull noodles in Gaithersburg area. My favorite was the oil spill noodles. Their cold noodles were average.

The staff were attentive and friendly. I also enjoyed the dining environment. It was a positive experience overall.

Very nice place to eat noodles. Love the many options. The noodles were delicious, they are hands better quality than other noodles. This was my first time eating hand pulled noodles. The grand piano was beautiful, someone started playing and it was delightful! Had an awesome experience!

Do not sleep on the B8 Triple Mix Oil Spill Noodles (with wide noodles). OMG!! Not at all something I would order seeing it, but I’m glad I did to see what it was all about. My husband even loved it. Other items that even my picky a** mother liked (she always says she can make it better), but she was surprised by the tofu with century egg, popcorn chicken, the garlic cucumbers, the kimchi, and the pickled radishes. The beef noodle soup is good also, but the B8 is a surprising pleasure! Everything tastes very fresh! We were very sad when Pho City closed, but this has been a good trade!

Looking for authentic hand pulled noodles? Here is the right place! As soon as I saw the special kind of tea they offer on the menu, I know they are from Lanzhou.
We ordered three noodles (Lanzhou beef noodle, traditional beef noodle and Lanzhou stir fry noodle) and a mutton chops. All are good. Right soup flavor, good hand pull noodle and the mutton has no bad taste but all tender and tasty. My 2 year old son finished half of a bowl. Definitely coming back.

My boyfriend and I just stopped in for a quick lunch, we were greeted with care and joy! The order came out fast and hot, a gentlemen came up and made some suggestions on the best way to eat it, and brought us some more accommodations.
I was never expecting such a cheerful expierence on a random lunch!
They also have one of those cool robots that says thanks you and delivers the food. It’s in a shopping center that i wouldn’t quite expect to have such a niche elegant and well ran establishment she serves delish pho! Will come back to try to Bach mi ?❤️

5/5 Food, musical experience, and service. What a gem for fresh, flavorful noodles with beautiful live piano within a very calming atmosphere. Service was quick, friendly, and supportive. Loved everything we got from their signature A1 清汤牛肉面 to Triple Mix Noodles 三合一油泼面 to liangpi to popcorn chicken to their homemade chili oil

I was craving for some hand pulled noodles today so I was searching around and found this place. It’s pretty good! Fast service with food at a reasonable price. Noodles were handmade and the beef broth is pretty light, balanced, and refreshing. Although I would say the beef flavor isn’t as deep as I would’ve liked, but I am glad it is not salty or bland. Would’ve love extra meat and toppings since there were a lot of noodles I had left to eat without topping lol. I was overall pretty satisfied.

We ordered the oil spill noodles (B2) and the beef soup with Chinese sauerkraut (A3). Both were outstanding! We added more chili oil and vinegar from the condiments stand on our table, and loved that, too. Portions are generous. (My husband and I shared the beef soup.)

We dined in around 6:30 on a quiet Sunday evening, and the staff was kind and prompt. Highly recommend this place!

The oil spill noodles are incredible! Don’t be alarmed by the chili flakes — they’re not spicy! And it’s amazing to see them pulling noodles as you wait. Everything is fresh and the employees are so kind!
