This theater is the best theater I've been to me and my children love this place spacious seating at your chair service like mind blowing and everyone is super friendly keep up the great customer service
Came here today for an early movie. First time visiting this theater. Very nice. Clean, welcoming staff, and easy process from start to finish. I like that if you bought your tickets online you can just go straight in to your theater and have a seat. Clean seating area with comfortable reclining seats. Menu with plenty of food options and drink options sitting on seat table. Press button when ready for staff to take your order. Would definitely recommend if in the Gaithersburg...
The concept is promising but it needs a little polishing. I guess I'm just not a fan of the seat side service. It seems like they just don't have enough servers working, and it was a bummer that lots of menu items were out of stock. Had to ask three times for popcorn. Prices are a little steep. Distracting when servers walk in front of you. Also please don't shake up the cans of beer. It made quite a mess at my seat.
