Seats/cup holders were not cleaned. Random people sitting our seats before the movie started. Food was okay. Overpriced everything. We would come here more often if the service and value were better.
To be honest, I was afraid of what I might be walking into after reading all of the negative reviews but I was there for the first time today and had a positive experience. Reclining seats were comfy and working, servers were friendly and attentive, food was good and came out quickly. There is a musty smell in the hallway but it wasnt bothersome once I got to my seat. The theater I was in was for the most part clean - did see a crumb on my arm rest but wasnt a huge deal. Overall...
My server, Malik, was very friendly, courteous and engaging. I really enjoyed myself, and will definitely be going again. I recommend the tenders and fries because they were tenderly tasty. The seats were very comfortable. A nice environment for a date night or solo getaway.
