The pizza in this facility is very good. Hut frankly the pasta and the service were surprisingly mediocre. As a case in point after we were served our pasta we mentioned to the waiter that we were somewhat surprised that no bread was served with the pasta dishes. We were advised that bread was advisable but that you’ve had to request same. By contrast we are at Longhorn last night and the waiter without asking kept us supplied with freshly baked bread. Thst waiter advised that he treats his customers as if they were guests in his home. The wait staff here were pleasant but frankly indifferent!!

We've ordered pizza to go from here a few times before and it's always been solid, but what we received this last time was disgusting, bordering on inedible. The sauce was good but the cheese and crust were tasteless and rubbery. I don't know if they changed their recipe, but we definitely won't be back. The leftovers went straight in the trash.

The food is always really good here! And everyone is always very friendly. The wait staff has always been fun, kind, and masterful at their job. My one and only complaint, please start serving real lemonade not that minute maid mess🤮.

Quite disappointed as the pizzas came delivered not warm at all, cooled down considerably, not due to the delivery driver but preparation at the restaurant. They were not sealed for safety, and the ribeye cheesesteak was quite small in size and inverted upon delivery.

I had picked up a door dash order from coal fire & they had told me that my order wasn’t available, but on my app it had said it was ready. When I received my creole pasta it wasn’t fully cooked or prepared.. it looked like they just gave me whatever because the restaurant was so busy. I will never order food from this restaurant again, or maybe not this location because I’ve never experienced such awful food at any other location except this one. I am currently sick with food poisoning.

Ok this time I mean it when I say this is the best pizza I have ever had in my entire life, I especially love their signature sweet sauce, also shout out to Hamilton, he's a pretty cool guy

My family and I have have tried this location several times. Each time becoming with worse than the last. The Latin guy who apparently is the manger, should be changed. He has no care and concern for this business. Sits on his butt and doesn’t help his staff out. We literally sat there for 15 minutes in an empty restaurant, literally only ones there with no one attending to us. We finally decided to get up and go and the manager just stared at us as we walked out not even trying to ask what happened. Get a new manager or watch your business dissolve!!
