Last night, I ordered takeout of their Creole pasta. I ordered online and in the notes I asked for extra sauce. The extra sauce was missed, but I didn’t realize until I was home. I called and asked if I could come back up to pick up some extra sauce for my pasta. That wasn’t sufficient for management. Not only did they send me extra sauce, they prepared a whole new pasta for me. The management was kind and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place. I would also recommend the Creole Pasta.

Great pizza with thin crust, Love the calamari appetizer. Family friendly atmosphere, the front counter has a jar of lollipops. Weekend nights can get quite crowded though.

AMAZING! Highly recommend! I am allergic to wheat/gluten/dairy and I just ordered a gluten-free pizza with dairy-free cheese and oven baked wings and it was so unbelievably delicious!!! Perfectly cooked, everything tasted amazing. I will be a loyal customer for life! I am so thankful to the staff; I called ahead of time with questions since I have severe allergies and they were so patient and kind and made sure my order was allergen free. Big thank you to this wonderful restaurant. So good, will absolutely order again!!! Highly recommend!!Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free friendly menu options! I'm not a huge fan of this restaurant although they have a very nice facility. As I recall, the staff was very genial, but I'm just not a fan of the food. The crust is too thin and crunchy and their sauce is too sweet. Not for me, but someone else could certainly enjoy coming here.

First time at this place for a quick bite and ended up being surprised. The service was excellent fast and the server checked in often to see how we were doing. The meatball appetizer was so delicious. Will repeat!

Appetizer of caprese was awful with extremely dry cheese...salad was not good either. The pizza, however, was a home run and our server (forget his name but he was younger fellow), was fantastic and knowledgeable. My girlfriend and I will return, though we definitely won't get appetizers again.
The coal wings and pizza are very good. This is a thin pizza place which we love. We will be back!

My husband & I like Coal Fire due to good food & not loud or noisy. Pizza dough is perfect thickness. I did love their Coal Fire Salad! Unfortunately today we had our favorite pizza & 2 salads ordered to deliver. My usual Coal Fire Salad was lacking in couple ways. The presentation was thrown together, you could tell. Secondly the bacon ? was not cooked. The pieces were raw, not crispy & stuck together in clumps. I was disappointed & now not sure if it's a favorite at all. My husband's side salad with dressing on the side was open & all salad containers were covered with oil. Last, pizza ? was tasty but we couldn't see the cheese! Where's the cheese Coal Fire ??? I'm usual not this picky, but when you've had it before & was delicious, something is wrong ‼️

It was a busy night when we went. I got a pepperoni Pizza and canoli and my friend ordered a pizza. Staff appeared busy and tables full. It's a live atmosphere filled with a mix of grown-ups and teens on any given night. The pizza was decent, took 20 minutes so we killed some time while we waited. It was an okay experience but nothing special to me. I've had pizza all over the area and this was just ordinary to me. Give it a try and see for yourself "dough"
