Stopped by hoping for a view of the water but unfortunately their patio view is blocked off due to construction. Still, the food was lovely and Katya gave some of the best service we’ve seen in a while. Our brussel sprout app came out cold and the manager Camina quickly fixed any issue and gave us a new one on the house. Awesome team and great food, we will definitely be back when the outside patio is open again!!

Decided to try this restaurant while visiting the area for my birthdaydinner. Definitely glad we did. I ordered the Rattlesnake pasta and it was delicious. For dessert was the Bread Pudding. DELICIOUS. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Great service, Great food and the ambiance is really killer.

Nice restaurant near hotels and shopping. I went about 3 times in the two weeks I was there. The ribs are good but mine were cold every time I got em. Idk if they sit on the plate waiting on the sides to get done or what. The ribs kinda seem boulder then but on the grill, but they are ok. The rotisserie chicken is TERRIBLE ?. Do yourself a favor a pick up a $5 chicken from the grocery store deli it is way better. Mine was dry and the skin was soggy. The waiters were not attentive to me at all, I guess bcus I was there solo.

My NC cousin met me here on her way to PA. All she wanted was a Maryland crab cake. CC did not disappoint. The food was terrific and our server, Jordan, took very good care of us. Will definitely return.

Had dinner here last night with friends. The guys had the Prime Rib and the ladies had the crabcake sandwiches. Everything was perfect! Prime rib was done exactly as ordered and the crabcakes were delicious. The evening was made even better by our Server, Victoria. She anticipated everything and was spot on with her service. Will be back soon.

I love coming here for dinner or lunch. The food is always good. The drinks are always fabulous. However, there's nothing on the website indicating that the restaurant is under construction. My family and I came here for the absolute ambience view of the RIO lake along with the great food and service. The service was excellent as always however, the construction was noisy, and it was extremely disappointing to not have the view from the patio . and why did you take the shrimp cargo off of the menu very puzzling as that was a great dish . I truly had the best dining experience I ever have here. The food was wonderful and the atmosphere was warm and romantic. Took my friend here for his birthday and he had the best time which made everything worth it. Our server Jacqueline was fantastic. She was very patient and knowledgeable. She definitely was the epitome of the experience. The manager Nicole was also very nice. Jacqueline was so professional and attentive. I will definitely be returning soon. It was everything I had hoped for. It topped my experience at Ruth's Chris. A 10/10 across the board.

We haven't been to Copper Canyon for a few years. We were so pleasantly surprised at how wonderful our experience was. We had a reservation, but it was still a very busy night. The hostess stand was swamped, yet the three hostesses could not have been more calm, friendly, and on top of everything. Our waitress was SUPERB. Pleasant, attentive, helpful, and “there” when we needed or wanted her. Two of our guests have special dietary requirements and she was very tuned in to that. Another person asked for a substitution on one meal and the waitress didn't even blink at this request. There were six of us at our table and three waitstaff appeared at the same time so our six meals were placed on the table at the same time. The food was outstanding! It is so evident that this restaurant is well managed as our experience was top notch from beginning to end. Kudos to management, chefs, waitstaff, hostesses, and everyone at Copper Canyon. Highly recommend. We'll be back.

Copper Canyon never disappoints. We had another great meal with great service. Richard was friendly and attentive, the rainbow trout and salmon were delicious, and the ambience was enjoyable. Despite the restaurant being extremely busy, we felt valued as customers, especially when Dean and Louis (managers) stopped by with friendly greetings.

Our server Katia (spelling) was outstanding. She was so friendly, personable, and did an amazing job taking care of us. She def deserves all the praise for really making our lunch fantastic. Went here for a birthday party and was impressed by the ambiance. The service was impeccable and our server was friendly patient and amazing. The food was delicious and the drinks ( from what I saw, I didn’t drink) looked refreshing! When I come back up this way I would definitely dine here again!!
