In case anyone isn't already aware, this business closed down during the pandemic. The business has been stripped down, there is nothing there. Ignore the listed business hours of operation. Confirmed in person, with Lakeforest Mall security, on Lakeforest Mall website, and with Dairy Queen customer service.
Refused to honor the deal for national ice cream day of $1.00 off dipped cone. Manager very unhelpful. Gaby did not know their phone number to contact corp or the owner of the store. When i call the store no one answers and ask for the code. Very unfriendly and unhelpful. Lost a regular customer

Ordered 3 Blizzards and they came out well below the lid (not enough ice cream), the inner lid was “dirty” with chocolate, which means they used a dirty metal funnel for loading, and the ice cream was melted. Totally unacceptable. I pointed these issues out and the person at the register looked at me like she didn’t know anything about what I was talking about. I am NEVER going back to this location. Ever.
