I miss Don Pablo's, so I went to his brother's restaurant Don Jorge's. This place was amazing. As the typical Mexican restaurant routine, you're given chips and salsa to start off. As main entree, I ordered the enchilada combo with refried beans (vegetarian). It comes with beans and rice, but you can substitute it. The salsas were awesome, especially the spicy one. First off, the ambience and setting that you eat here is amazing. The owner and Executive Chef is Quality inside and out. I was served by Nuria, such a wonderful experience. They don't short you on their drinks either!! Food is prepared fresh and ready to crush. Just check this out. Thank you for the hospitality Don Jorge's Restaurant! A nice surprise really. My appetizers were the civiche with fried calamari and a cheese pupusa. Both were delicious. The calamari dish had tilapia in it which was also great. For my drinks (which were the real stars) I had a blackberry vodka mule and a Cranberry orange margarita. Both were well made.
