I ordered online thinking I would avoid the craziness that is the 24 hour Dunkin Baskin on a Friday night, so because I chose to order online I had to sit in the parking lot to wait for my pick up time (30 mins) which I rather do than to wait in line. While I waited I noticed it was starting to get hectic in the store. I only saw one employee putting orders up taking orders making things and I thought to myself wow how will she get to my order. Their service is getting slow and unhygienic lately, the couple of tables have sticky surface, and so is the floor, one has to wait longer than it should be for QSR outlet, in the morning hours,I did wait for 18 minutes I was there last time , and once longer, the Barista girl first spilled my sugar free hot cappuccino coffee, then she grabbed a dirty towel from a back rack and and wiped my cup, when I asked her to use paper/napkin she said it does not make a difference, on...

I usually do not complain about the temperature in a place but DAMN! it is cold. The temperature is super cold and take it from someone who loves winter. I am not sure why it is unpleasant to be in the store for that reason. The main thing I did not like is the worker's ability to take their time. The store was completely empty I was the only customer in there and holy molly I got my food between 3-5 business days. The service being so slow make me not want to come to this...
