I love the they are very inclusive hiring their staff, the sandwich is worth going there for sure and their hot sauce is so good that I have bought jars of it ,but honestly it's not just the food, I go there because it seems like they hire people who should be hired and are very kind and understanding with their staff and that is something I would definitely want to support. One of my favorite places

The kentlands, No. The Milestone, YES!!! I ordered the same Cheese steak one week apart. Don't know WTHell happened at Ktland but went Back to Milestone n Boy o Boy I flipped my wig. Reminded me of the "joints" in DC. Prov cheese, red hot chili pprs, sliced steak mayo lettuce, No tomatoes n YESLots n Lots of grilled onions 🤪😁🤪😌😋😋 sloppy, juicy overflowing -not at Ktland s (a little bit of nothing) yep bought the whole sub too. Oh, those Choco cookies 🤤😊🤤🤤

I come here a lot, and They are not as professional Other Jersey Mike’s. I noticed that there was a newer employee who is normally not there when I come making food. The young lady with braids assuming she’s manager said to her, “you are embarrassing me”. So at that moment I knew she was a manager and she trashes the food. Now, as a manager, that alone is unprofessional and there’s a time and a place to pull your employee to the side and give them constructive criticism not while customers are in the store. And you can see the embarrassment on the young ladies face as her superior is talking to her. I wanted to say something but I knew it wasn’t end well but this is totally unacceptable.

The soda fountain was making a thunking sound while producing ice. My Diet Pepsi tasted a bit flat but nevertheless, I drank it all. At the last sips, I got a gritty texture in my mouth- put my fingers to my tongue and pulled away with little black speckles. There is black gunk all at the bottom of my cup. I googled it and it seems to be black mold from the machine not being cleaned often enough. I’m pregnant and worried that I’m going to have stomach issues or worse now.

I have waited for my order about half an hour. They didn't started my order untill I get into the store. There were about 5 staff just chilling and doing nothing, so it's not always about shortness of staff it's about management. And they are rude, they avoided me like as much as they can. Never go back again to that place

The food was amazing, however the lady who was getting the orders was super disrespectful and impatient just because my friend’s English was not that good! She was rolling her eyes and acting up like she was discriminating us! As opposed to my real intention for the good food I high likely won’t be back at this branch due to such a bad customer service and behavior :(

Love the quality of product but I hate them doing large orders. They will forget add on to your food. I order jalapeños on my sub everytime and maybe 10% of the time they get it right just like today they forgot

The service and the food is good but the employment is bad when i got hired I was trained properly management was poor then there was a new manager expecting everyone to know everything and they don’t give a valid reason to give me hours they said I'm slow when Ive been told I'm doing good from the start the employment atmosphere was good at all I don’t recommend working here.
