The service and the food is good but the employment is bad when i got hired I was trained properly management was poor then there was a new manager expecting everyone to know everything and they don’t give a valid reason to give me hours they said I'm slow when Ive been told I'm doing good from the start the employment atmosphere was good at all I don’t recommend working here.

We order from the location at least once a week. We normally order more than 1 sub, the subs are very good, no complaints at all about the subs. My only complaint, they can't seem to put the number of the sub on the packaging of the subs. Every time we get the subs back, we have to open each and every one to determine who's is who's. Other than that, the place is great. Maybe management might be able to do something about this.

Food is alright typical chain sandwich shop. What amaze me how many people behind the counter are standing around doing nothing. I stood there for at least 10 mins before someone even recognized I was standing there. You sell food but your are a service business. Not sure how you run a business like this with people who just do not care. Good luck. I will not be coming back

Bunch of jerks. Came in for a pick up order and NO ONE for 7 minutes took initiative to ask me about my order. Each one that looked at me had an attitude and kept working on other orders. My order was on the rack the whole time. Terrible customer service.

TLDR: this location always gets a part of my order wrong…I love Jersey Mikes and the ingredients here are consistent with the other chains. However… there’s ALWAYS something missing/wrong with my orders at this location.For example, if I ask for vinegar on the side, I don’t get any vinegar. Or if I select whole wheat bread, I get the regular bread. Or if I ask for no X, I still get it. Note: I only have this problem whenever I go to this specific location. And it’s happened enough times that I felt like writing a review.

I ordered a sandwich that the board said did not contain lettuce. I am allergic to lettuce and so I made sure it said there was no lettuce. So I ordered the sandwich and when I come home, I see a giant pile of lettuce. I was very annoyed. The board did not say lettuce was in the sandwich. Very misleading.
